Worst app I've ever used. I was trying out lastpass so I wrote down my master password . Triple checked it. Now I can't access the account and none of the recovery methods work. This is worse than no security as in if you can't access the vault what value does the things in side have? Very disappointed. Will definitely not be recommending or using the app. It's a good thing I tested it before I trusted this worthless program. Wish I could've give less than 1 star.

Desktop (via Chrome) version works great but the Android app just gets worse with each update. On Android 9, it used to allow fingerprint unlock but now it is always prompting for password and 2 factor authentication, even though I opt for "Trust this device for 30 days". Even after that, I can only successfully login about 2/3 of the time. Wish I could revert to a 3 month old version. I am glad I held off upgrading to the Premium service.

I had it for almost a year.. Was being patient.. But realized how long I had been having trouble. I couldn't use it bcz I had setup an account but next day it didn't recognize my password.. So tried to have them reset to a new pw. But they never send it. I checked Spam & all over my email. I tried AGAIN and nope they didn't SEND me anything AGAIN.

App seems useful, but not compliant with Canadian anti-spam laws. Automatically signed up for promotional style emails (not compliant), requires login to your account and then navigating to email preferences that appear to only be available on desktop browsers when clicking the unsubscribe link (not compliant, and quite annoying)

Doesn't work aswell as on iPhone Had this app on iPhone and it worked really well. On android not so much. Often it won't even come as an option to autofill and many times when I try to autofill it just doesn't work. I love lastpass as a password manager but I hope the improve the app.

I have been using LastPass for years on Samsung, Blu, and OnePlus phones; on on several brands of Android tablets; and on Windows and Linux PCs. It always worked great. Unfortunately it doesn't work on my new Samsung Tab A 8" 2019 tablet running Android 9 4.1.9-112-perf-17034026.

Really convenient, but recent updates to Android have made the experience less seamless. Prompt will sometimes appear when there is -any- field requiring input on the page, regardless of whether I'm signing in or not. Sometimes it doesn't appear at all.

Everytime I change my password, LastPass saves it, but does not replace the old one. This results in having multiple different passwords saved and having to guess which one is right. I keep getting locked out of my accounts due to this horrible design.

This app is terrible. It will not allow me to login at all. It seems Lastpass is only accessible by using a browser extension. I contacted them to delete my account but cannot login in from the web to do so. I could never recommend Lastpass to anyone.

Terrible app. Does not integrated with some apps. Is randomly intuitive but generally did not work when I needed it to and it is easier to use a desktop Linux forum than find an answer to an issue. Also surprised me with a "30 pay trial notice".
