Use it to document assets for insurance policy, manage maintenance service, store warranty & owner's manual URL directly from manufacturer's website. App features include: * Store Property Information & Insurance Policy * Document and manage assets: Appliance, Electronic, Heating & Plumbing, Electrical Systems, Motor Vehicle, & General equipment * Store asset information: Manufacturer, Model, Purchase Date, Last Service Date, Installation Date, upload receipt and image for documentation, and link manufacturer Warranty and manufacturer Manual URL for direct access to asset specifications * Generate QR code for quick scanning access * Schedule preventative maintenance notification * Generate Work Order email to anyone including contractor & maintenance App Sign-In: It is recommended that you create an email (Google gmail) account for your property, using the property address (e.g., [email protected]). This email is unique to the property and can be transferred to another user. To transfer the account, you’d give the Gmail login & password to the next property owner. The new owner can update the account at the Google Gmail website, then sign-in on a myEZasset app to access the existing property & assets.
