I love Starbucks and the workers are very professional and always make the best drinks coffee drinks LOL I'm a regular customer and I'm always very satisfied with the services that I get from Starbucks and yes I'm going to keep going favorite place to hang out sometimes I would also like to stress that the coffee is very tasty and that's one reason I keep going and going and plus it right around the corner from where I live so I will keep on going that's my first stop every morning or coffee bag
Love Starbucks Coffee, iced peach tea, hot peppermint mocha, I love midnight mint frapuccino, but I dont like unicorn, or witches brew, too much sugar and neither are coffee or tea. Hot during winter and Cold Frappachino and Iced Tea during summer and my favorite Pumpkin Bread all year long. Heading to TX. Im glad they have Starbucks in the airport. I can get a Starbuck's today at each stop, then when in TX and on the way home
Do not use this app, it will not register all your purchases and screw you out of your reward stars. Coffee is to expensive to be screwed on your rewards all the time. Proof, i made 3 purchases this weekend, all on the app, and it only registered 2. And i went in the app right after the purchases and saw the check marks for the dashes but did not get any of my stars. I will never by this expensive ass coffee again.
The app is great...when it's working. But unfortunately, the app hasn't worked for the last few months. I've tried everything to get it working, but nothing has helped. I never had trouble with the app in the last 5 years, until these past few months. Either I cannot get into it at all or it constantly freezes up after I've gotten into it. I haven't been able to use it for several months.
I went to one of the Starbucks stores & I was told that I could get a FREE DRINK if I downloaded the App. Unfortunately that it wasn't true...becuz I would have to buy one of there cards & load money on it. Oh yeh! They DON'T give you a COMPLIMENTARY for your BDAY...Well that's just to say that they really don't have much offers to give out. So I'm UNINSTALLING this APP...
I used this for the second or third time ever. Tried uploading a $25 gift card, and before notifying me that the transaction was complete, it deceived me into adding another $25 to that card from my bank account. After I realized that, I attempted to undo the transaction, but there was no clear way to do this. Very frustrating. Should be designed more user-friendly.
You guys messed up the gift card balance xfer again. FIX ASAP. I WILL CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DO THE XFERS. I WILL NOT REFILL THRU THE SBUX APP WHEN I CAN GET CASHBACK FOR SBUX PURCHASES ON OTHER APPS. WHY MUST U MAKE THIS SO DIFFICULT. First, u hike ur prices like crazy and neuter your rewards program...and now this...WHAT IS UP WITH YOUR GREED???!!!
I love being able to use the Mobile App to order my coffee and/or something to eat so that it is waiting for me when I arrive. There were too many times that I had to wait in a long line to order and then wait for it to be prepared, which was very frustrating; especially if I was headed someplace and time was critical.
I'm unable to use the app at all now due to "System error" always appearing. It worked fine before but this has been happening for days. I also cannot reset my password--no matter how many times I request for it. So essentially, I can't order or pay via phone anymore. Please help.
Personally, they should automatically give credit cards to their most loyal customers with the app, who order online and are constantly up to date on everything, participating in all games and challenges, etc... make it even easier to earn points, rewards and tons of freebies!!
