My new account is just a simple page with pictures of my plants collection and in the caption I put their identification. That’s it... but they keep blocking over and over again my account. Everytime I report the problem I ask for an explanation... but nothing, they don’t give me a reason. They should respect more the users after all without us they would be nothing. But now they are so big that they do whatever they want and don’t care about a simple account....
My Instagram account- all video clips buffers so much that I cant actually watch anything anymore. It will play for 3 seconds then buffers for 1 to 2 minutes then plays at another seconds, vicious cycle I cant watch any videos even my own. Today I notice a lot of my story highlights are also gone. I have deleted copies of those on my phone so Im panicking how I retrieve them. Instagram pls help? How do I contact support?
Customer support is 0/5 I’ve had many insolvable issues that I couldn’t find solutions for online, on their FAQ page or anywhere else.
It’s almost impossible to contact customer service no email no phone number.
Sometimes they don’t even respond or reply really late.
I’ve had to delete many accounts and start over simply use customer support is almost non existent
It’s a good app but from past few days notifications are unable to see until I open the app I tried in setting reset all setting in my iPhone. also checked in instagram notifications setting. tried some YouTube videos nothing worked. so please fix this by updating you app for god sake it’s important me to know my DM on notification bar please fix this thank you.
Why is instagram music not working in UAE.
Till last night I was able to add songs to my insta story.But now that I have updated my app its still not working and i am not able to see my friends story whi have music in it all it says is "Instagram music is not available in your region"
Do something about it.
I love the new update where you can tell them that you don’t want to see posts like that but there is one problem there are 9 years old on the app when usually there should be 12+ so instagram has to look at the person’s iCloud to make sure he is 12+ but other than that I love everything especially the discover page!
I am surprised that you don’t have a version for iPad. Your app is supposed to support all devices! Right?
Plus I can’t browse files saved in a specific directory while I can do the same in Samsung Tab!
There are sooo many users out there who are using iPad since so many years yet you don’t have a version for them.
Dear developers. When trying to write my birthday, I wrote 2008 instead of 2000 and you locked my account so I tried appeal multiple times , but didn’t work because my profile is private.. so can you please unlock my account!! Other than that , I LOVE Instagram!!!
I don’t know for some reason the app crashes every time I open it, I haven’t been able to access it for 24 hours now. I restarted the phone, uninstalled & installed the app again but nothing is working.
I’m only being able to access it through the website.
I do understand that you want to prevent the misusage of Insta, but some of our actions are fine. Fir example, why am I unable to post several pics at a time? I have jones this app coz I am excited to post pics but now u r preventing me from doing what I wanted to do.
