It’s an wonderful initiative and an amazing App it’s a platform for all those ladies who are so busy and struggling between work and home and don’t have enough time to go to gym.Just 30 to 40 mints a day that’s it..and sweat gives you the access to plan your workouts for the entire week without any hassle. Thanks Kayla and the team for bringing this out...keep up the good work you are and inspiring lots of women’s around. God bless

It’s a great app. Workouts are really good and the main reason for me to like the app is because of the “No Equipment Workout Sessions” as I do not have easy access to the gym it greatly works for me! Cheers to the best !!

Great app for fitness ! It is complete and you can access to many different contents and type of exercise ( Pilates, yoga , functional training ..) and have great results !! Highly advised!!
