Life saver

AutoSleep: As a torture and multiple trauma survivor I’ve had a problem with serious sleep deprivation for decades and in spite of all the psychologists and reading up and explanations it wasn’t until I got a Watch and this app that I’ve actually understood how it accumulates over several weeks and how you need to work hard in clearing it and how it affects me on a day to day basis. Finally via AutoSleep and Apple Watch I’ve been motivated in the right way by seeing results in multiple ways trying to improve my sleep being more securely aware of the debt. When it gets to the stage you can no longer think due to accumulated sleep debt you don’t even know what’s wrong and how to fix it. Religiously checking this every morning and HeartWatch until the evening to ensure I’m doing the right things during the day with exercise and what is causing stress has finally got me to the best position in ten years even though I’m now struggling to get 7 hours sleep without debt it’s a great improvement on 5 and I now have hope of getting there and more. I almost died of sleep deprivation a few years ago when I got only an hour or less sleep per night for several weeks in a row. This app has been extremely helpful to me. Together with HeartWatch this is literally a life saver. I applaud the developers for taking only a one time payment when this is worth infinitely more to people like me who otherwise couldn’t have financially afforded it. I hope you win another Apple award as your software is outstanding.
Well informed

My daughter mentioned that she had been tracking her sleep patterns and how she can now understand why she is feeling tired and restless. I searched the App Store for a similar programme - she doesn’t have an apple phone so was using a different app. I read all of the reviews and decided to try this app. Although a little sceptical at first I now love the app. as I can now track my actual sleep and my deep sleep and when there is a dip in the results I can look back on the week to see where this is happening. It has been a journey of discovery and now I understand more about my internal body clock. My husband goes to bed at least an hour to 1.5 hours earlier than me, I did try doing this but I found it very difficult to maintain good quality sleep and would often wake around 1am and then have to get up and do something for st least and hour as my brain was too active I now can go to bed early but then I read until around 10pm and my body sync has returned to normal with my internal body clock.
I’ve tried all the others, save your time, this is the one

Don’t bother with any other sleep apps, this is the one you want. I’m a fire fighter and this app has directly impacted my health, making my sleep so much easier to manage and to see emerging problems and address them. I emailed today asking about watchOS 7’s sleep tracking and how to continue to use AutoSleep. I got a reply in minutes with incredibly detailed and easy to follow information. Can’t fault this app or the team. Stop reading this review and buy the app already
User friendly app with great features

Very user friendly app with great features and logs. I’m able to track my sleep and also associate with tiredness if my sleep is disturbed. A great app to have. But, I’m not able download the app on my Apple Watch for some reason. Due to this I have to access my phone. If the developer can assist with me with that would be great.
Best out there for iWatch Sept 2020

Really in depth analysis which is great. Find though it picks up you’re sleeping a little after you actually fall asleep. This is frustrating when trying to get a certain min amount of sleep. It’s sometimes out by 30 mins I find. Ned you are aware of it it’s ok though. Everything else is great

I enjoy checking last night’s sleep. Comparing last night’s sleep with what I did that day. Any exercise, and what exercise I completed. Weights or cardio etc, what time I ate my evening meal. So yes, I enjoy AutoSleep. pete
Didn’t accurately measure
JD_FIRE on 2020-09-30
Tried this for a few days (linked to Apple Watch). It marked sleep as 100% efficient, and falling asleep instantaneously when I was still awake. Discontinued - without accurate measurement it isn’t useful

This is fast becoming my daily go to app and really helps me adjust my sleep patterns. Really easy to use - just put your watch on your wrist and the app does the rest
