The most wonderful experience

My partner and I spent 2 nights in the Dreamtime Escarpment tents and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Firstly, the tents were beautifully set up, and amazingly cool with very effective air conditioners (seriously necessary on 40 degree Celsius days!). The fridges were stocked with a complimentary selection of Australian wines and beers and cool drinks, perfect after a hot day travelling. The bed was huge, and the outdoor bath and shower was just magical to relax under the stars. During the hot days, the plunge pool was just a perfect way to have an arvo beer in to cool down. We arrived late, outside of office hours and the sun had gone down, however the site managers Michelle and Peter made themselves available, and drove us to the remote tents and had arranged for our dinner and cheese platter to be there when we arrived. Because we had arrived late, and weren’t sure of the route to get back to the station/reception, Peter kindly came back in the morning bright and early to accompany us to reception and fuel station so that we could get to the Kings Canyon Rim walk before the gates shut at 9am. Just before we were about to leave for the walk we noticed our tire was flat, and as we were preparing to change the tire ourselves, very disappointed we might miss the walk, Peter insisted he drive us to the rim walk (a 30 min drive) while Steve changed and repaired our tire. Peter then arranged to return to pick us up from the walk and take us back to the station. Every member of staff truly wanted us to have a good and memorable experience which we most certainly did. The food was delicious, the accomodation was just incredible and the staff were all so kind and genuine. We will not only definitely be recommending a stay at Kings Creek Station, but we’re already planning our return and really cannot wait. Thanks to everyone at Kings Creek Station!
Becarefull when give hotel our credit card access!

The aps is fine, but you are not suppose give the hotel an access to our credit card. After i left, the charge for the thing that not our false, that they frame us for the broken thing which is already broken. Its happened when i stay in huskisson beach motel. And i have to block my card incase they took more money while i cant back to jervis bay , australia while i just spend holiday with my partner in australia. So disappointed. Its supposed cheaper than other but its became super higher price price. Like a scam from the hotel! Pretending to cheap at the beginning but they suck money from you credit card after you leave! Not in a day but after more than few days so you cant comeback to complain!

I had booked a. Iggy at the star in Pyrmont for a wedding and we got there apparently the date was changed without us knowing. We sat at reception for 30-40 min trying to figure out what to do next. The star people where great but very disappointed with booking .com. I can’t even contact them to discuss the issue and I have made a comment online but no one seem to care . Not happy not sure I will be using them again and I’m sure I’ll be letting all my people know that.

Yes, I tried support but that goes to accommodation support who can’t communicate with the app team. Winning! Simple bug: search for Macquarie Park train station, the app mistakes Macquarie University station for Macquarie Park. Bigger bug: this is the only place I can report this. I have screenshots if you want them. So does your other support team that you’ve shut out of your lives.
Vietnam on a budget

I have been using this app for many years. As I travel throughout Vietnam I am finding Hotel.com to be providing the best rates for my budget. The only issue I have to now is if I want to send an email to the hotel to give them an update on my arrival I cannot. I only travel using WIFI so I cannot call any numbers.

We had a fantastic time at this property, in the old part of Thess, eateries and shops galore and a supermarket across the road on the corner of the street, it’s locality was fantastic a half block from the Paralia, we’ll stay here again on our next trip, the apartment was beautiful and full of mod cons.

I find the app easy to use and helps me book accommodatikn at great prices. I like that all options are easy to view with photos to help decide which accommodation to choose. Easy to keep track of all booked places and go back to places I loked with option to check previous history

The app is really easy to use and gives a fabulous selection of accommodation options with great pricing. Also the Customer Support is excellent. Very efficient and courteous. Much appreciated as I had to cancel due to some very extenuating circumstances. Lee Clarke

I would highly recommend this self catering apartment, it’s bright clean, warm and very private . Corina is just a beautiful lady,her scones on my arrival were so appreciated, they were so good. I would highly recommend this accommodation Thank you Corina

I had a 2 night stay & the night was not good because we slept on a very hard bed n they said there is nothing we can do ..... My wife couldn’t sleep because a party going on outside 1 night n the other there was fireworks going off very noisy area
