The aps is fine, but you are not suppose give the hotel an access to our credit card. After i left, the charge for the thing that not our false, that they frame us for the broken thing which is already broken. Its happened when i stay in huskisson beach motel. And i have to block my card incase they took more money while i cant back to jervis bay , australia while i just spend holiday with my partner in australia. So disappointed. Its supposed cheaper than other but its became super higher price price. Like a scam from the hotel! Pretending to cheap at the beginning but they suck money from you credit card after you leave! Not in a day but after more than few days so you cant comeback to complain!
I had booked a. Iggy at the star in Pyrmont for a wedding and we got there apparently the date was changed without us knowing. We sat at reception for 30-40 min trying to figure out what to do next. The star people where great but very disappointed with booking .com. I can’t even contact them to discuss the issue and I have made a comment online but no one seem to care . Not happy not sure I will be using them again and I’m sure I’ll be letting all my people know that.
Christina had great communication for when we arrived. The lodge was cosy with a very comfortable bed and the luxury of a spa bath as well as the log burning stove. Nestled in the beautiful hillside of Bethany township it’s an absolute gem.
Breakfast provisions were great and the wine was a lovely touch.

Simple bug: search for Macquarie Park train station, the app mistakes Macquarie University station for Macquarie Park.

I have been using this app for many years. As I travel throughout Vietnam I am finding Hotel.com to be providing the best rates for my budget.
The only issue I have to now is if I want to send an email to the hotel to give them an update on my arrival I cannot. I only travel using WIFI so I cannot call any numbers.
We had a fantastic time at this property, in the old part of Thess, eateries and shops galore and a supermarket across the road on the corner of the street, it’s locality was fantastic a half block from the Paralia, we’ll stay here again on our next trip, the apartment was beautiful and full of mod cons.
I find the app easy to use and helps me book accommodatikn at great prices. I like that all options are easy to view with photos to help decide which accommodation to choose.
Easy to keep track of all booked places and go back to places I loked with option to check previous history
I would highly recommend this self catering apartment, it’s bright clean, warm and very private .

I had a 2 night stay & the night was not good because we slept on a very hard bed n they said there is nothing we can do .....
My wife couldn’t sleep because a party going on outside 1 night n the other there was fireworks going off very noisy area
