I tried to contact with them to cancel my reservation while the COVID-19 but they blocked in their app the contact through email and they let me to contact through phone but before anyone answered I should enter the secret code on reservation and they said in the recorded message that it should be 4 digits while the one I had from 6 digits! Every time I tried it said wrong so my calls couldn’t be answered and I spent 3 months trying to contact them but no answer on Twitter, Instagram and email that I received the reservation from. After those months they opened the contact with email through their app so I sent an email and their answer you are late??!!!!! Now I’m the one who did the mistake?!!! I sent an email I need someone calls me cause your phone can’t accept my secret code. They answered me sorry now it’s late we can’t talk to you?!!!!!! And they never called me in other time that will suits them. GREEDY they just being nice until they take your money then turn over. So my advice to people who will in forced to use this app don’t choose to reserve and pay your money choose to pay later keep them hold to guarantee your reservation then pay. The best way to find a better app.
Thank you so very much, we had such a beautiful time in our chalet.From the moment we arrived we were welcomed warmly and with a Beautiful Breakfast basket,the chalet was spotless it had everything we needed, it cultlery, plates, cups,pots and pans,washing machine dryer thank you so much.It was a shame the restaurant wasn’t open sadly due to Coronavirus hopefully next time we return, I was looking forward to the duck and pork knuckle.The view on our private balcony was just stunning wow something I won’t forget, what a Beautiful place, and the lovely wildlife that would come on sit on balcony ledge, the fire place the spa you couldn’t ask for more.Thank you Polish place we so enjoyed our time in our private chalet, I can’t wait to return again, we will see you soon xx
Can not go on my planned holiday to Queensland holiday due to Covid 19 so rang hotel in Melbourne to cancel booking and was told to contact Bookings.com. Where do I find a phone number on the app. If I’d canceled the trip fair enough but these circumstances are out of my control. Not helpful at all. Will not be using this app again.
Had a amazing stay at this hotel over the weekend. It was myself and my partners anniversary and they treated us amazing! The room are very spacious and clean. Big big which is very comfortabe. Bathroom and shower exception clean. No complaints at all would definatly stay again and highly recommend.

I have been using Booking.com for a number of years now and find it to be the most clutter free and easy to use hotel app. I’m almost 43 now so my days of cheap hostels are numbered and Booking.com is great for hunting down value hotel rooms, even on short notice.
I found this app to be very convenient and easy to use, being able to book now and pay later. I did have one accommodation charge my card when I wasn’t expecting it but other than that, the rest have stuck by the rules.
I always use booking.com now as they often have free cancelation for flexible travel plans. Also manage to get the best price and it’s easy to view all your bookings at once for multiple destination trips.

Very easy to use. Keeps all of your bookings together. Reportedly Booking.com does take a fairly large chunk of the booking but does provide a great platform for both.
