I booked a week at luxury appartments Bangkok spent 4 hours going back and forth looking for appartments with google maps would try and tell you to turn right through someone’s property then you go around the street you are told by google maps you have arrived on the left there is a 10 ft concrete wall 100 feet long walk along wall no sights just locked metal gate no signs for the appartments
Had to find my own place to sleep that night rang the phone number given for the appartments was told by thai people helping the message that it is wrong number not listed message booking .com was told they rang the appartments no answer
I gave my Thailand mobile number asked if they could pass on to the appartments to ring me did not hear again from appartments or Booking.com
Left me to find my accommodation on my own
This accomodation would have to be the most complete and beautiful place I have ever stayed in hands down . As a former International Flight attendant who has travelled the entire Qantas network , never have I stayed in such comfort. Everything has been thought about in terms of care and comfort ... the location was 10/10 .. but the villa .. was just Wow . Beautiful intricate little pieces .. a superb monopoly game that was just stunning :) overall this was high end sophistication .. right down to the owners who bent over backwards to look after me and every guest !! Amazing conserves in the fridge and beautiful cutlery! The Bath was handmade .. I can’t wait to return .. I would have loved to stay for a month !! Ps coco the dog was adorable .. I believe this place couldn’t improve ! 10/10 !
Had to make some hard decisions today about our upcoming UK trip and cancelling due to the coronavirus. We booked 6 places to stay via Booking.com. Their app made it super easy and something I thought would be stressful wasn’t. It was quick & stress free with follow up documentation. We were most impressed that two places with no cancellation policy were contacted by Booking.com and our money will be reimbursed in full. We couldn’t be happier. We will of course use Booking.com to rebook when safe.
Hilltop Accommodation Catlins was a great place to stay. With amazing views overlooking farmland and the ocean. The main cottage was well appointed and there was no problem sharing a bathroom with the people in the other room. Highly recommend the Hilltop Accommodation Catlins to stay. And a visit to the List Gypsy Gallery is a must - amazing imaginative curios, delicious coffee and a mind blowing fresh fruit ice cream - beetroot and lemon. It’s not in the menu but definitely ask for it.
OMG where to start
The staff here are amazing from when you first walk in and until you leave. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. I would hope anyone reading this thinks the same after their stay. The rooms are kept very clean and tidy. So many food choices either for breakfast or dinner. I definitely have to give the chef a big two thumbs up for the amazing food served to me. I would highly recommend this establishment to any foreign travelers. I will be back
The room was excellent. Couldn’t want more. Comfortable bed. The staff were welcoming and always accommodating. The only detracting element was the noise from the trains going past. I don’t even think if they double glazed the windows you would get rid of that noise. Loud horns from the train at 3 & 4 am really not conducive to sleep. Every single night this happened.
Not the hotels fault but not likely to stay there again with that noise.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable and very close to transport, easy tram ride to Circular Quay. Walking distance to Woolworths. Baggage storage was very useful so that we could walk around and explore after checkout.
Great communal lounge area with flat screen TV and complimentary tea and coffee available. The bar fridge had complimentary water, juice and soft drink. Snacks were also complimentary. Staff were extremely friendly.
We were able to do an easy walk with just our carry-on from Gatwick Airport to the Corner House hotel. We only needed to stay the one night and took the added advantage of eating in the bar for dinner. The service during our stay was excellent, the room neat, tidy, small but ample and a very comfortable bed. The 24 hour shuttle bus to the airport (4.30am for us) was most welcome at a nominal cost. Would definitely stay again.
Have booked several trips on this website which has been easy to navigate and find deals.
However when you need to contact the service centre, staff are unwilling to help. With my recent experience they passed me on to other website tike Agoda who did not have our details. Asked the booking.com agent to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 90mins then was hung up on.
Poor service, frustrating and unhelpful.
We had an issue with credit card details and nearly lost a booking despite updating details in the app as requested. When this happened a second time and we investigated further we found that the incorrect details hadn’t been updated at all. Also there is no facility to see messages from the propping the app
