Live a healthier, more active life with Fitbit, the world’s leading app for tracking all-day activity, workouts, sleep and more. Use the app on its own to track basic activity and runs on your phone, or connect with one of Fitbit’s many activity trackers and the Aria Smart Scales to get a complete picture of your health—including steps, distance, calories burned, sleep, weight, and more. TRACK ACTIVITY: Accurately record your steps and distance with MobileTrack when you carry your phone. For all-day tracking of stats like calories burned, active minutes, and sleep, pair the app with a Fitbit tracker. RUN SMARTER: Enhance runs, walks and hikes by using MobileRun to track your pace, time and distance. You can also control your music, get voice cues and use your phone’s GPS to map your routes. (Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.) RECORD WORKOUTS: Use your Fitbit tracker to track your exercise, then check the app to see your stats, their impact on your day, and how your performance is improving. MONITOR HEART RATE: Use a Fitbit tracker with PurePulse™ to analyze heart rate graphs in the app. Identify trends, manage stress and see the results of your workouts. Review resting heart rate trends to see when your fitness is improving. LOG FOOD FASTER: Easily log calories with our barcode scanner, calorie estimator, and expanded food database of more than 350,000 foods. See your meal history at a glance, and get nutritional insights. MEASURE HYDRATION: Quickly log your water intake to make sure you’re properly hydrated during workouts and throughout the day. SET & MANAGE GOALS: Create weight, nutrition and exercise goals, and start a food plan to stay on track. Then get a visual picture of your progress with colorful, easy-to-read charts and graphs. SEE HOW YOU SLEEP: Set sleep goals in the app, and use a Fitbit tracker to monitor how much time you spent awake, restless or peacefully sleeping. SHARE & COMPETE: Connect with friends and family by sharing stats, sending direct-messages, and competing on the leaderboard or in Fitbit Challenges. STAY MOTIVATED: Get a nudge in the right direction with notifications that pop up when you’re close to reaching a goal or have already met one. SYNC WIRELESSLY: Fitbit trackers sync your stats to computers and 200+ leading devices so you can continuously track your progress without needing to plug in. MANAGE WEIGHT: Connect wirelessly to the Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale to seamlessly track your weight, BMI, lean mass and body fat percentages, and to see your weight trends over time. FEMALE HEALTH TRACKING: Log your period, record symptoms, and opt into receiving push notifications two days before and on the day of your predicted period start date. This allows you to have the opportunity to compare all your stats in one place. Fitbit Premium: - Monthly and annual plans available that unlock habit-forming programs, audio & video workouts, and advanced insights. - Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account after your free trial expires, if applicable. - Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. - Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. - Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. - Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. – Fitbit Terms of Service: – Fitbit Privacy Policy: Learn more about Fitbit products and services at

Dodgy Update
Samantharossie on 2020-02-23
I’ve been a Fitbit user for the last 2.5 years and loved it, it’s motivated me to be healthy, compete and regularly exercise. But.... last year there was a massive update where the whole face of the app changed and I really really dislike it and It doesn’t seem to run as smooth as the old version. I find it’s harder to navigate, it has trouble syncing; I sometimes have to close the app and turn my phone off and on just to get it to sync, it has trouble with the sleep tracking; in the main sleep screen it says one thing then when I tap onto the individual sleep it says another. I’m having to charge my fit bit a lot more frequently then I usually would and the app itself is just very laggy/ glitchy. I thought it could be my phone but my friend has the same issue with her IPhone 11.
Do not buy
MartyJB66 on 2020-02-23
Sorry if you’ve already bought a Fitbit and are about to download this app. If you’re yet to purchase, do yourself a favour and buy something else. (Suggest Apple if you want a smart watch or Garmin if you’re serious about fitness) My Ionic has been the most frustrating product I’ve ever owned. It seems lucky if it’ll sync with this app. When Fitbit do upgrades they clearly don’t test them. The latest has meant I can’t sync and the watch doesn’t keep time, along with an annoying issue with notifications. Avoid Fitbit!!
Full of bugs
Deadfixxx on 2020-02-23
When it comes to the actual useful insights that matter, this is one of the worst fitness apps I have used in last few years. - Always have syncing issues with my Fitbit (New) - Skips sleep logs every week at random - Freezes and crashes on a regular basis when looking to read insights of my daily activities - Few other performance and Functional issues This combined with a lot of inaccuracies of the Fitbit device itself and the questionable accuracy of data it collects, it’s almost pointless to use this combo.
Poor execution and reliability
UXesse on 2020-02-23
So the app has good features and would be useful IF it actually worked. It takes me about 20 tries to sync up each time - it just fails constantly. Waste of time and super frustrating. While it’s syncing often I can’t see any data at all so you can’t see historical numbers either. It’s not reliable and it’s not sturdy. Whoever did your user acceptance testing and have the ok to push this substandard product to market should be fired. Seriously. I’m off to buy a Garmin.
Notifications aren’t working
ïš thīś ñämê tåkėñ?¿ on 2020-02-23
This app worked great when I first used it for my charge 3 about half a year ago but my Fitbit has stopped giving me notifications and I believe it is because of the update, it was quite confusing to figure out how to fix it and it’s still not adding the information about my steps, sleep, and exercise. I got very upset when the app signed me out and stopped recording everything, I hope that this problem is solved and that it goes back to how it was before.
Was good until they released a premium subscription
Samgalgame on 2020-02-23
I bought Fitbit to get a better understanding of my sleep score, it used to work well, now to get the sleep score they expect me to pay $$$$ for a subscription. I am going to buy other products that can do this for me. Don’t recommend if your like me. Fitbit costs money and now they want more out of this I am very disappointed. Have the subscription in another area as I don’t use it for a lot of other things just mainly to track the sleep. nope
Exercise app
Calleia1965 on 2020-02-23
My Fitbit versa died and I upgraded to Fitbit versa2 but now iam unable to get the exercise app that I had on my Fitbit Versa I could see images when I went through them like a runner ,swimmer, cycling and so on .When I clicked on the swimming image it would count my Laps the time and so on the the Fitbit Versa 2 exercise app I don’t have that...I am not happy that was my favourite feature...Please help me out.
No Device found??
tuuubbby on 2020-02-23
App has been working fine since I got it, but I just got a new phone and the app says ‘no device found’ when I try to sync it. I’ve tried everything it recommended on the website (checked for updates, deleted it off old phone, unconnected anything else that used Bluetooth, deleted and reinstalled the app, and turned both devices off and on again) but still no luck. Anyone else having this problem or could help me?
Worst Food Log
3981lee on 2020-02-23
Hi I have been a Fitbit user for about 6 years. I have had three Fitbits and my wife also has one. I am now due to upgrade BUT because of the Food Log process I am having second thoughts and possibly switching to something else. The best food management log I have used is My Fitness Pal. If Fitbit could come up with something similar and intuitive as MFP I would give 5 stars. Lee
App not working/can’t log in/won’t sync
rennydreadful on 2020-02-23
Someone has kicked the plug out at Fitbit I think-the app wouldn’t sync, and after restarting the phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, now I can’t even log in. Fitbit customer service is the biggest oxymoron ever, so I’m not even going to bother getting in touch. Hopefully the issues with the app will be resolved a bit quicker than issues I’ve had the device.
