On the pedals
Rubythebike on 2020-09-21
Love checking Strava after my ride. You always find me a little incentive boost rd on a segment or two. Love seeing how my buddies are doing and checking out their rides and pics. “If it’s not on Strava it didn’t happen” they say and certainly that’s how it feels on the odd occasion that there is a technical hitch with the computer. Only negative is seeing the e bikes on the leaderboards - definitely need to give them their own leaderboards. Or give them a bold colour to indicate EBIKE It’s bad enough when they zoom past on a big climb but adds insult to injury when they have more elevation on the leaderboard thanks to their electric motor. Overall though, I do love Strava, Keep up the good work! Thanks Jenny Hart
Ridiculous times for open water swimming.

I carry my phone in a tow float. The distance and track is really good. But strava app clocks my pace twice as fast as an Olympian can swim. If I record it as a walk....time is pretty spot on. So, the app has the capability- but despite strava acknowledging the problem, they still haven’t corrected it. If the basics don’t work and don’t get fixed, why would I bother with premium?
Have to pay for pretty much every feature now
lchyeah on 2020-09-21
Strava has changed most its features to subscription only. There are apps with better tracking features for free or at least a lot less than Strava. I’m only using Strava for its basic social features at this point, not that I can do much more without a subscription anyway
Terrible app support
Callum108 on 2020-09-21
I’ve had a support ticket open for over 6 weeks. Nothing but automated responses via email. A 300% increase in subscription costs and no communication to subscribers or any sort of customer support. The Strava Facebook page has post after post of the same complaint.
Worst customer service ever
Callum108 on 2020-09-21
Great app but subscription fees jumped nearly 300% with no additional features and no explanation from Strava as to why. Add to that I’ve been waiting over 2 months for anything other than an automated reply to a support request. Get Garmin connect instead.
Paid for upgrade
77built on 2020-09-21
Been charged twice $81.99 (x2) for the new yearly paid subscription, but still only have access to the free account, trying to contact strava and only get automated responses, it’s now been 2 months with no result even with logging the issue x3.
Recent distance errors
cdigggggg on 2020-09-21
Ive ran the same route 3 times this week. Once strava said it was 5.6k, another time, 6.5k, and another 7.5k. The route measures 7.5k on google maps. Whats going on with Strava? Highly irritating
Doesnt work and consumes all your battery
Travesura9 on 2020-09-21
Ive used apps that dont work, and ive used apps that consume 100% of your battery in 10 minutes flat, but I havent come across an app that accomplishes both until now - completely useless.
Top ap so versatile
Mad mattie on 2020-09-21
This app is so good and connects so seamlessly with a broad range of hardware from apple to Garmin to no name love it for my cycling. Motivates as well as records efforts

Mr_Cycle on 2020-09-21
It’s a great App for seeing where you go and how your Fitness is going, but please let all that have it compare how we are going without having to Subscribe‍♂️‼️
