I downloaded this app to help me exercise during quarantine. I’ve always made my own circuit training, but I wanted more variety. It’s only been few days but so far workouts has been awesome! Even though I was already reasonably fit I still got doms in places I usually don’t. I was sweating pretty hard by the end of 30min workout, so that was satisfying. Being in quarantine, zero equipment is what I wanted. I’m vegan so I wasn’t interested in dietary help but this app accommodates vegans too and although I haven’t used it yet, it’s great to have it there for when I need new ideas for snacks/meals. 2 things I would change if I could, is maybe inbuilt music? I’m sick of my own. lol Another is announcement of next workout BEFORE it starts. If I don’t have to look at my phone to know what’s coming ahead, so I can workout full 30sec, that would be better! Overall, you can pay monthly and it’s def worth even trying for a month to see how you go!

Really enjoy this app, think its great value for money. There is room for some improvement though. I would love if you could change the daily recipes to suit your lifestyle, ie one person, for a week plan. Because, daily every meal changes and your not going to go to the shops every day and get a whole new bunch of ingredients for that day, its just not time efficient. The other change I could love is if you could search workouts based on equipment. I travel alot and often have bands but not weights, and even the “at home” programs still require some dumbells and a bar and bench. I often will defer to the free nike training club app because that app allows you to do that.
Good App, doable but very effective workouts

Been using the app on and off since 2015 and it always always changes my body whenever I decide to stick with it. Doable workouts, funny at times to watch the demo but when it’s my turn to do them - not so funny no more haha what I love the most is the workouts are automatically mixed for me.. so the only thing I need to do is choose any for the day I feel like exercising and I know my body/muscles are not bored and using the same moves that make you plateau on those results.. I also like the option for no equipment and repeating the weeks again and again if I’m not really to level up lol Do it, it’s fun and effective! Worth the $$

I am very new to Kayla Itsines BBG Sweat app, and have just completed week 1 of BBG beginner and I really love it! I love how everything is set out for you on your planner and you can schedule your workouts for each day. The planner also helps keep me accountable and on track! I am enjoying the workouts so far and look forward to every workout! Being able to see that you have accomplished your goals for the week is great and it helps you stay motivated. It is such a good investment for only a cup of coffee a week - I’m very impressed. I can’t wait to see where my new fitness journey takes me!

Love this app love love love it I have been using this app to workout religiously and I have become so much fitter and happier. I’m really starting to notice changes in my body shape and loving it. As a mother of a few children I have found that I haven’t been able to follow the menu plan at all as I think the Ingredients are a tad too expensive for a family or just one in the family to follow. So my only suggestion would be perhaps for budget friendly healthy ingredients ‍♀️. Use this app everyday and absolutely love it.

I’ve never been a big exerciser - mostly only liking dance-related exercises. This app has somehow made me LOVE weightlifting and doing exercises I never thought I would enjoy. I feel stronger, happier and so much fitter! I genuinely look forward to exercising because of this app. The app is super easy to use which makes the activity of exercising much more appealing to those who are apprehensive about starting their fitness journey. With so many programs available and meal options as well, I couldn’t ask for a better app!

I am currently doing the post pregnancy workout and hope To be strong enough to try all the other programs and lose the baby weight. So far it’s a great app love I can workout at home with minimal equipment and do weeks over if I like or miss them, it’s explained so thoroughly and love how much better I feel using it knowing I won’t do the wrong exercises after bub. Bonus is I can be done in less than 30mins and do it while bub is asleep or awake! Amazing app

Absolutely love the Sweat APP, I am new to using an app based work out during stage 4 restrictions in Victoria. Just love the flexibility to do it around working from home. You certainly do sweat and there are no free rides but feel amazing after a workout. Best of all it has been great for my mental health in lockdown. This is something I will keep doing after we get back to our new normal. Highly recommend this program
Great app, spam so annoying

Love the workout programs on the app so much and have seen so much physical & mental progress. However, the spam on the discussion board has gotten ridiculous and I had no idea it was open to anyone. I posted progress pics and now feel so uncomfortable that anyone could have seen them or spammers could be using them. For that I give 3 stars instead of 5 - hopefully the board is closed to only paying members soon

I love the app, the variety of workouts, videos of movements to see correct form! Easy to follow! Only thing that is a bit of a pain I work 7 on 7 off, not a straight forward Monday to Sunday & because of my routine being different it starts a new week when I’m not there or vise versa. If you could pick your own calendar week for your on routine would be 10 out 10 but 9 out 10 pretty close!
