Menopause miracle

I am only new here but I needed to try and get on top of menopause and overall change in life. No supplements are going to better exercise. It has been 6 years of seeing numerous health professionals and what is all simply comes to is.....wait for it..... Sleep well Eat well EXERCISE I have fought depression over all of these changes....I was once so fit and felt great....and it just seemed like starting over was all too hard and just going to take too long.....not knowing where to start I saw Kayla...a real woman....who shares such a glorious message....just love yourself.... So today I will start....I will try.... Love and light to all of you....keep going....I am with you x
Great workouts, lots of technical glitches

I love the workouts on this app - at the moment I’m doing the body & mind yoga program. However, I’m regularly disappointed by technical glitches in the app where part of the workout is missing trainer audio meaning that you have to be watching your phone screen the whole way through the workout which is near impossible for yoga. There have also been several instances where the progression of the sequence has frozen on one pose or the pose pictured in the screen is different to the label and the trainer audio. If these technical difficulties were fixed I’d definitely keep using it but right now it’s just very frustrating to use.
A workout for everyone

I’ve tried both at home and gym workouts with almost all trainers and programs. They are all great and give you a proper workout with videos on how to do each exercise. Anyone can do them they have a beginners and advanced levels. If you get bored of the same trainer/workout it’s easy to switch to something different. Each trainer has their own unique way of working out so they’re not all offering the same thing. App is easy to use. Can set schedules and link it to your playlist on Spotify. You can see your achievements and how far you have come. It’s a great all round app for working out
Apple Watch Sweat App Glitchy

I love the SWEAT app over all, but a few things I have noticed with the Apple Watch that I have found very frustrating. - I have to reset every week as it doesn’t change to the next week in BBG program for me. - Will update on phone if I have used the watch to do a workout, but not the other way around. - Time will pause suddenly for no reason, this happens every circuit for me and workout I do. - Doesn’t accurately record my workouts on my activity ever. Always in km or completely wrong. E.g. did a 40 minute workout and recorded it as 5 minutes. This happens regularly.

Great first month until recent update

Really enjoyable app and loved the first month on this. Then. They updated the app so you couldn’t mix and match different workouts across equivalent weeks. My main program was the bbg but I enjoyed mixing it up with a BAM or FIERCE session. Now, it won’t let you do that. You’re stuck on picking a workout from another program in week 1. Despite being advanced to week 5 in the bbg program. Several hundred people have commented messages and emailed the team with no response on this. Hopefully they can fix this obviously awful update based on reviews.
Feeling accomplished

Love this app love love love it I have been using this app to workout religiously and I have become so much fitter and happier. I’m really starting to notice changes in my body shape and loving it. As a mother of a few children I have found that I haven’t been able to follow the menu plan at all as I think the Ingredients are a tad too expensive for a family or just one in the family to follow. So my only suggestion would be perhaps for budget friendly healthy ingredients ‍♀️. Use this app everyday and absolutely love it.

There should be a couple of seconds in between the time based exercises as it can take a couple of seconds to move into position. The food side of it definitely needs an update. A different recipe for each meal each day is unrealistic, I’d love a dairy free option too. Workouts are tough which is great! I think full body workouts should replace the just Abs workouts. I hate that I can’t preview the next weeks workouts until it is that week without losing progress

The app is certainly better than using the PDF which I used sometime ago. I like that you can add LISS workouts if you complete them but forget to start the app but slightly frustrating it’s only linked to the Apple health app when I have a Fitbit. Feel like partnered apps should be a little bit more open considering its targeting “all women” for its workouts. Some updates have definitely helped user experience in recent months.
High Intensity Workout

I love the app, think it’s great how easy it is to use, but I have my EarPods in and doing the high intensity - I have sound on engaged in iPhone and I have to run with the phone in my hand as there are no verbal cues coming across the headphones. I thought it would be great instead of having to look at the change of colour on the screen that you are able to at least, have a siren to know it’s either work or rest time. Thanks
