I am totally upset with the zoom customer service now and giving it only 1 star and ensure with my clients and customers and friends and well wisher that they should not use zoom service. Zoom customer service is very irresponsible and disloyal too.
I have subscribed for a month from 25th April to 24th May 2020. I have paid $23 for a month. I cancelled my auto renewal on 24th May, however my credit card has been charged for another month till 24th June. I dont need one more month of Zoom.
Can you please refund my money right now. I am extremely unhappy with zoom now.
I had just the worst glitch ever, and I knew it was because of zoom meeting and why I HIGHLY in courage you to delete this app, I was using it like normal when my home button wasn’t working I thought it was normal so I was gonna power off my device and turn it bacon on but I couldn’t. I was stuck. On the zoom app. I was on 100% and had to wait HOURS before it all ran out for me to plug it to my charger and reset it. Had this glitch after only week of using it. Highly DON’T recommend this app
It really good ,download it and be happy it’s free ,I don’t see any bad problem with it since I downloaded the app It Was working very well but in Microsoft teams you can kick people out of the meeting which you can learn if that happens then I got used to it since the virus was spotted in Australia we did it on zoom at first I did not know the app but now everyone shall have it.You can learn,just talk,do business and much more download the free app on your device now!your gonna love it
It is a great way to connect with your coworkers or classmates, students, teachers everyone during this time.I do have one suggestion:I think your guys should add in a update where you can see who wrote what.In my classes there is someone who keeps drawing on the board and my teacher is getting really frustrated because no one is owning up to it.I think when you tap the text our drawing it should show who did it.It would be great if you added it in a update
Hi I have a complaint
When I am doing Spanish class and the teacher starts sharing the screen very one starts drawing on the screen! And I am just suggesting (you don’t have to do this) but I think when someone starts drawing on the screen it should say someone started drawing on the screen that way we know who is being naughty and we can punish him or her.

I’m a ‘soon-to-be-Grandma’ and utilised Zoom for the first few times this year (2020) and considering I’d never even heard of Zoom a few months ago, I feel very comfortable logging on-using it now.
I can’t believe how easy it was to set up for the first time. What awesome real-time video, film, colour & sound quality with no lag or buffering. Unbelievable...

Zoom, Zoom! Lol.
Zoom is a great app and it works but there are a few issues, firstly the audio quality is near 6 out of 10. Every time I use it, it breaks up so much and it is very frustrating when I miss a step. Second, after forty minutes, it ends the call unless you pay, which I know for lots of apps do, but I feel like you shouldn’t waste your money on that. This app is great but I would like a few changes.
I use Zoom to teach large classes up to 80 participants and individual lessons. Zoom lessons are interactive because I can share my slides and videos, create discussion rooms during training and other useful teaching-learning tools. The free version offers almost the same features, except for the time allocated, which is 40 minutes. My overall experience with Zoom is excellent.
I have had a subscription fee removed via PayPal. My subscription is not recognised, therefore, it won’t allow me to cancel. I have made payment without any benefit.
I have tried calling, no service.
I have emailed, 3 x times. No response.
This is a horrible customer service experience. Over 3 weeks since I emailed and have received a request receipt, WITH NO REPLY!!!!
So I use zoom for school and the other day some people in the waiting room couldn’t get in (like me) so we full on have to re download the whole app and update it. Also it’s hard because the teacher mutes all of us and then asks someone to unmute themselves. Also if everyone is unmute then we can hear all of the family talking in the background.
