Not Exactly Accurate
jrosehughes on 2020-09-21
I made the switch from Fitbit to Apple and was really upset that there isn’t a great sleep tracking app out there. This one seemed great at first but then I realize it thinks anytime you’re sitting still, you’re asleep. So if you watch a movie before bed it counts it as sleeping. It rarely notices when I wake up to go get a glass of water and some nights I won’t even wear my watch to bed and it gives me a sleep report with pulse tracking and everything. Starting to think it just makes it up. C’mon apple. Make us an app!
Seems accurate?!

I really like this app so far but also wonder if it’s set properly as there are so many things that can change the outcome by one simple setting... I was a person who hasn’t slept well for years with a lot of sleep interruptions.... suddenly I’m sleeping really well or this is way off. How does one know if they don’t know how to set/calibrate it to begin with? Any tips to making this more understandable?

Like others that have reviewed here, I missed the Sleep data I got with Fitbit, when I went full koolaid and picked up an Apple Watch (to complete my everything else Apple). I have to say, AutoSleep performs better in tracking and sharing data... plus it looks and feels much nicer than other apps. Would I recommend it to others, let me sleep on that!.. but yeah!
Really great but..

I work nights shifts and it’s really difficult to see my sleep. The app also have a bit of difficulty to understand that it can be normal to sleep from 10 am to 9 pm! I really wish it could be more easy for me to track my sleep when I work nights. The app is also not that easy to understand, but I guess I will become more okay with it after a few more weeks.
Best Sleep App

I have used Autosleep for a number of years with great success. Over the course of that time, the app has continued to improve and impress. Sleep metrics are vital in assessing the effect of exercise, diet and fasting regimes. I cannot imagine managing sleep without it’s valuable measurements and data dashboard. Well done!
Better than watchOS 7 tracking

Been using this app for years and it works very well. Completely automatic tracking. I quickly learned apple’s built-in tracking only counts overnight sleep, while this app also tracks sleeping during the rest of the day. Also, lights out in AutoSleep lets me choose when I actually go to bed, which Apple only guesses at.
Awesome app!!

I’ve been using this for 3-4 months and I love all the sleep tracking features, heart rate dip, deep sleep, etc. Gives you a really good understanding of your sleep patterns and ability to review and adjust your sleep goals. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality sleep app.
One of my favourite apps

After a year I have a handle on the graphs. I am now exploring its effects on the other data in my health app. However, being able to give my sleep specialist a clearer picture has been most rewarding! I have literally doubled my sleep time!

Great app. Gives me the confidence that inactually did get some sleep on some of those days you feel like your just lying there. Tracks the dad naps on the couch as well

Bonne application, semble bien suivre mon sommeil et les différentes sections de réveil. J’adore la fonction de calibrage qui permet d’être plus près de la réalité
