Best app

Uploading from garbage iPhone original settings looks horrible and takes forever to upload nothing new with apple faking things with degrading. High quality settings is night and day. Faster uploading no issues and quality is way better. I want a new google phone so bad I hate apple. I understand nothing is perfect. But google is close to perfect and awesome. Google has come along way and updates are better. Google is way past apple now. Apple is overpriced unreliable controlling garbage. Using a iPhone is like having parents around you 247 google and Samsung phones is truly freedom and happiness google is not the bad guys.
Google Review

Google Photos is an amazing application to store and share your photos. I love how it organizes photos that have been shared with me into the correct time and date order that they were taken. I also love that I can create and share different collages all without needing to open a second application. Google photos also has the amazing feature of showing you what happened in past years throughout this week, I love being able to see my memories without having to scroll all the way back on my own. Amazing application! Dunno what I would do if I didn’t discover this, only wish it was around earlier.
I would die for this App
rachie.sue on 2020-10-22
Google photos has made accessing my photos easy from ANY device. It holds all of my memories and frees an unfathomable amount of space on my devices. I can create videos with a large variety of easy to use options, and share through almost all of my regularity used apps. Google photos also provides memories from years passed and significant occasions, recognizes faces to help me search through and organize my photos, and creates edited and collages photos. It also helps me keep organized by suggesting to delete screenshots and duplicated photos. I would die for google photos.
Helpful and Functional but a chore to organize
hehehdjckfknjdj on 2020-10-22
Needs a more improved method for organizing photos. Also needs a way to manually add “people” to your photo, by tagging a person or pet the app if able to process images over time and recognize features to automate sorting of photos, but it doesn’t go far enough and feels limited with regards to manually adding a person that is in a photo. As far as I can tell you aren’t able to do so, only let’s you add their name into the “description” column of photos. Not useful really if un able to assist with tagging just because google photo hasn’t yet recognized a person by itself.
Formidable pour créer des albums et les partager
Serdes on 2020-10-22
GOOD APP
PRO_CRITIC on 2020-10-22
This is a good app for keeping photos. I like how it has unlimited storage and it connects easily with all my devices. The only thing I wish that could change about this app is if you delete a photo on your camera roll, it deletes the photo on Google Photos. It’s kind of annoying because I don’t want that particular photo to be deleted on Google Photos. Since the purpose of this app was to store photos I didn’t need on my camera roll.
Violating Apple rules?
blvzvl on 2020-10-22
I can’t use this app because I refuse to give it acces to all my photos. I don’t believe an app should be able to demand access to ALL our photos in order to work, specially now that Apple has given us control to select which photos we’re willing to give access to. I pay to store some photos in their cloud and I can’t use this app to have have an easy access to it. Apple shouldn’t allow this to continue, even if it’s a Google app.
Good but was better before
Expect delays on 2020-10-22
I enjoy using this app but with the new changes to the look and functionality it’s harder to access certain file formats as things have been moved around and almost hidden for a more sleek look I guess. With these changes the app has become less user friendly and harder to navigate which is why I did not give it a full star rating. With that said it’s still a great place to store my files.
Missing Google Photos logo on loading by screen
User8050 on 2020-10-22
All the Google apps on iOS have their respective logo and “Google” written at the bottom when opening the app for the loading screen. This app alone doesn’t have anything. For consistency sake, it would be nice to see the google photos logo and google written at the bottom on the loading screen like every other google app. Great work otherwise!
Major step backwards
Kitster13 on 2020-10-22
The decision to remove the "For you" tab which contains all the Google creations from the app is totally nonsensical! Basically it renders the app useless as I always used to look forward to seeing those creations, then editing them on app as needed. Now the only way to even see them if to go to the website on a full browser. Terrible!!
