In my store I set a ship date a day into the future. The Shop Pay app immediately contacted my customer saying the order was now shipped, when it clearly was not! I’m shipping today and Shopify will send the customer an email saying it is now shipped and when to expect it. The Shop Pay app on the other hand that notified the customer it shipped yesterday is now saying it will arrive today, which is NOT true. Obviously a bug in the app causing different data being communicated to my customers. I have no choice but to disable the Shop Pay as an option for my store till this bug gets fixed. Don’t want angry customers because they’re getting 2 conflicting messages about their order.
The new updates this app is making aren’t an improvement. Some tracking numbers aren’t loading from my email orders and I can no longer manually enter it edit incorrect info. Some also pull the order number as a tracking number which will never receive an update and I can’t edit to correct it, which results in it saying “waiting for details”, and the only option is to “mark as delivered” without being able to add in the tracking info. Poor choice on your upgrades, put back the option to edit orders, this app is not 100% accurate and needs that option available to correct missing info.
J'ai commandé il y à de ça 4 mois sur l'application et je n'ai rien reçu encore. J'ai commencé par écrire à la boutique qui vendait le produit, sans réponse. J'ai par la suite écrit à Shopify (la boutique utilise Shopify pour vendre ses produits) aucune réponse encore. Plusieurs courriels envoyés pour rester au final, sans réponse encore. Ne vous faites pas avoir et n'ajoutez pas cette application frauduleuse.
First off the item I ordered did NOT resemble the online picture. Then when I wanted to return the item for a full refund I was told it would be too expensive as I would need to return it to China!!! I was given a small $4 credit to my method of payment. Totally unacceptable…I will NEVER order from here again and I’ve been telling friends of this experience and they too will NOT be ordering from them.
0.5/10. I paid an extra $75 for my custome to arrive on Halloween when I ordered exactly 11 days before, and it arrived at 7pm the night of Halloween. Customer service was absolutely horrible, so condescending and so rude. Do not ever purchase from this company unless you’re okay with spending too much money on a costume that won’t even fit you. Blacklisted!
The only reason I installed the app was the promise of consolidated tracking, and its terrible at that. Still tracking packages that were delivered weeks ago, and it occasionally tells me that a package has been delivered when it hasnt shown up yet. More inconvenient than anything so uninstalling it.
The app changed the shipping address of two of my packages and shipped them to another country?! With no way to get help from support whatsoever this app is awful.
Since they changed the address of my order, the seller could not help me at all because the addresses did not match up at all.
I ordered a medium which is normally what I wear. It was as big as a regular large and was totally square. I washed it hoping it would shrink. It only shrank in length so now it is short and still just as wide. I will probably end up having to take them in.

I put these pants on just this morning and thought I’d died and gone to heaven!!! My favourite buttercream pants yet! Feels like I’m wearing pajamas, but I’m at work! Awesome waistband, beautiful cut on the legs, love the cigarette pant length.
As an older shopper I was reluctant to enter my credit card information into various sites, but in using Shop pay I feel secure and safe to shop.
Thank you for making it so intuitive to sign up and use. Love the tracking…. Peace of mind!
