One of the best investments I’ve ever made toward my health

It is the only app I’ve ever felt confident constantly staying subscribed to. Thanks to SWEAT, I’ve permanently lost 15 pounds since 60 some weeks ago and enjoy doing the resistance program workouts 3 times a week - it’s my new favourite me time and kills stress like nothing else. Somedays if all I do is my workout, I feel like my day was already a success. I also love the stretches/recovery routines and the music selection. Honestly it offers way more than I was able to use in the last year some that I’ve had it. The exercise diversity is fun and while some challenging, each circuit has a great balance of fast paced and strength based exercises which makes it more manageable. By far one of the best investments I’ve made towards my health. Thank you to the creators for constantly improving it too. It is very well thought out and clean and pleasant. Especially it is great since the exercises in the Resistance program use minimal equipment and I can do them from home. It’s like having a personal trainer with you and the timer gets you committed and forces you to push yourself. If you want to develop a good habit working out without paying for the gym membership and workout from home or just stay motivated and be pushed, I can’t recommend it enough. Mind you I did have a personal trainer years ago and it does help beginners feel more confident when using the app. But I think I’ll be subscribed for years to come. ALSO super hoping that they can cooperate with medical professionals and provide at least a minimal guide for pregnant women and exercise, because I would love to continue using SWEAT even once I decide to start a family. I understand the fears associated with it and I am sure that there will be billions of disclaimers, but someone has to do it, and I feel with the quality that it’s been created with so far, they will do great job. Especially since Kayla has had a little one and since they do offer a post-pregnancy program. Please and thank you!

Je m’entraîne avec Sweat depuis 65 semaines. Avant ça, j’allais au gym depuis des années. Les résultats que j’ai avec BBG et BBG No equipment dépassent mes attentes. J’atteints mes objectifs en investissant 2 fois moins de temps à m’entraîner qu’avant. L’argent investi vaut la peine, et ça demeure moins cher que ce que je payais en entraînement perso. Coup de coeur pour la nouvelle option qui nous permet de remplacer un exercice. Je souffre de douleurs chronique et c’est génial de pouvoir personnalité les circuits. Go. Sans hésiter!

For anyone who has been thinking about getting this app, just stop thinking and GET IT! I waited years because I didn’t want to spend money on something I thought I could do on my own and all I can say is how much I wish I got it sooner! Not only do you get program after program to choose from, food and recipes tailored to your diet choices, and an absolutely amazing (AMAZING) support system - your trainer is literally taking you through the routine likes she’s right there in the room with you. Get it, you won’t regret it ❤️

I have been a member for a few years now, I am satisfied with the different outcomes of each program (I have done BBG, BBGstronger, PWR,PWR at home and am doing Fierce, changed to fierce at home since the Covid). One thing I would like to do is to be able to follow two programs at the same time. Like Fierce and Yoga... as now you can choose another one to try, but it sticks to the only ones available like a first round and there is no progress. I can’t do Fierce and still progress with the Body and Mind program. Danielle

J’ai découvert et téléchargé cette application il y a 4 ans sans m’abonner. Ce n’est que pendant le confinement que j’ai décidé de le faire et de suivre les cours de Kayla Itsines et des autres entraîneurs! Quelle agréable surprise de découvrir le sport à la maison! Moi qui pensais que cela serait facile... je me trompais ! Les niveaux s’accentuent au fil des semaines en même temps que l’intensité et la résistance de ton corps! Ce serait cool qu’il y ait plus de challenges annuels régulièrement (tous les 4 mois environ)

As a mom, wife, and with fulltime job as a nurse, life is very busy, stressful at times. Workout is almost impossible to insert in my routine. But sweat app made it possible for me to stay healthy, fit and strong. It certainly helps relieve stress and makes me feel empowered and more confident in myself! Best part is that I can do it in my own time in my own home space. I love sweat app. It’s a part of my every day life.
Worth the price

As a freelancer and a new mom, I wasn’t sure if the price of sweat would be worth it. But based on some recommendations from friends,I decided to give it a shot on my postpartum body recovery mission. And boy is it worth it! The workouts are great, flexible, interesting enough that I keep going back, and take about 30 minutes, which means I can do them while baby naps. My only regret is I should’ve started sooner.

I’m really excited about this app, I was expecting guided work outs but there is so much more. I love the food guide with grocery list, the ability to schedule my workouts, the progress photo section and community. There is a HUGE selection of workouts: yoga, barre, HIIT, no equipment and more. I also love all the positive reinforcement for finishing a circuit and a workout, it helps with motivation to keep going.

Honestly not sure why I haven’t written a review sooner! I’ve been using SWEAT for over 2 years, consistently the past year. This app is perfect for someone who likes independent workouts, and doesn’t like the gym! It’s great how the workouts increase in intensity over time, you barely feel they’re getting harder, but you’re getting stronger! This app has helped me build a happy, healthy body. Seriously recommend!
Changed how I exercise

I have never felt stronger. This app takes the guess work out of what to do in a workout. It keeps things fresh yet familiar so you’re not learning a million different moves and builds week by week in a steady and manageable way. I recommend it especially to those who do not go to the gym. I haven’t been to a gym in 5 years since having kids and now I don’t think I ever need to go back.
