Great BUT lots of issues in latest version

I’m a big waze user but the latest version has introduced some glitches.
-1- In the warning pop-ups the distance number used to be white and is now a dark grey. This lack of contrast forces my 70 year old eyes off the road for way too long and this is a safety issue. Let’s go back to white!!!
-2- In the old version when I got a warning pop-up the cursor (white) would be placed over the “still there” response but not the blue cursor is just left on whatever I selected last (ie: sound etc). Please make the cursor white so that I can see where it is and place it back on the “still there” response.
If we can fix this I’ll be back at a solid five stars!
New Update is HORRIBLE!

The latest update has messed the zoom up on Apple CarPlay, to the point that it’s now almost unusable. The car (arrow) is almost completely cut off, as are the streets when I’m supposed to turn on them. This problem needs to be fixed ASAP, or I’ll have no choice but to switch to Google or Apple Maps. Incredibly frustrating.

Waze/google works with cities to block you from taking the fastest route ( ie through neighborhood streets off of main arteries) it’s good for a general guideline but I take over manual control in areas I know so I can blast through residential streets leaving the traffic behind
Best Navigation App, but…

Waze is the best navigation app out there, but in multiple years using it, I’m still waiting for the next exciting update. I see other map services (Apple, Google) launching new cool features and adding new things, but I feel like Waze is just staying the same years after years.

You just can’t trust Waze any more that it will give you the best route, it’s as simple as that. It used to be really good but lately it makes a lot of mistakes with routes.

This app is amazing if you even need a stop or gas even if you’re hungry you can see on this app where the closest stores or gas stations are perfect app🥇
The default settings are an invitation to stalkers

Kind of creepy that someone could use the app to follow your daughter home if she doesn’t know to deactivate default visibility settings.
