What ever “bugs” were apparently fixed- aren’t. The app still has issues when trying to 1. process payments 2. Use the chat function to process a payment- no one actually came in the chat.
Calling customer service is also useless- I’ve tried twice. Oh and I’ve already tried closing, reopening, deleting the app several times and still have the same issues.
Zara please improve your app experience!!
Bring back the old version

The new version is horrible. I liked how I could select different clothing in the old version by occasion in the top tab like party, casual, etc but it looks like they took it out and didn’t replace it under filters. I now have to scroll through a huge list of options that makes me tired and I eventually give up. Plus their new selection isn’t very good.

I used to be able to check GC balances in my wallet but after updating I can still see the GCs but the amount on the card is not visible anymore…. On another older version of the app it is still visible.
Not able to order anymore
