I really like this app with information and guidance on exercise, meals, recipes and more. The exercise routines are effective and varied, with fitness routines, yoga and custom settings. Unfortunately my experience of the support system has been very disappointing. I have submitted two queries and had no answer to either. Not even a holding email. Don’t make the festive period an excuse guys, we are well into January as I write. My other gripe is that the app is free if you buy a Better Me band (fitness and biometrics tracker) and seems to be the most economic option if you plan to use the app in the medium or long term. Unfortunately the band seems unavailable to UK residents. (This was one of the queries to which I got no response). It means UK residents pay through the nose for the app due to Better Me’s own technology being unavailable to us. Will reluctantly look for an alternative once my initial subscription expires. Pity, because it’s a really good app.
Update - Better Me got back to me eventually citing very high demand for support just after Christmas, which I get. They DO ship to the UK and provided a link to enable me to order. As I said in my initial review I am very happy with the app and program, so thank you Better Me for sorting this out. All is well that ends well.
I purchased using Apple Pay and doesn’t show on my subscriptions. When cancelling you can’t do this on their App is says contact them by email so they can understand situations which is crap. They tried to take money automatically but luckily l used a top up card. Waiting to see if they will cancel. Would give zero rating if l could. I have already emailed to the email they asked me to send on the reply on apple. 3 days still no reply. It’s ridiculous l would give it a zero again and again if l could. The worst company, please be careful before signing up to these people. I took a week tester session and now they’re trying to take a month payment for crap service that l didn’t ask them to renew.
Are you guys actually normal. This is beyond stupid. I know this already. This is now a complaint. Please cancel as l’ve requested and sent emails to this email you’re asking me to. You’re either sending an auto reply or incompetent and not able to read my review or email. How apple allows this app on their platform is shocking. I will complain to app also as they should t allow such incompetent business to upload their Apps

I bought 7-days trial, did not use it, life happens, you charged me monthly subscription £37.19 after 7 days. I asked for refund the same day. Cancelled the future subscription payments - the only thing I could do my end.
You emailed me offering to STAY with you for another 3 months (!) and 50% refund for the 1st month, which I didn’t want in the first place!
Now, your server blocked my mailru email and keep sending me emails asking for my response. I emailed you from gmail! Several times, explaining what happened and asking for refund. You only sent me an automated email to gmail and still email me to mailru!

4 days and still no result. I even sent you a screenshot of the payment via gmail, to no avail.
I am not using your app. You don’t have a phone number to call. Only emails. Terrible customer service!
I have paid to go on the keto plan on the app. The app is not suitable for keto. The section where you input calories, the macro values are wrong for keto and it doesn’t allow you to change them. I have asked for advice from the messaging support and they have sent me pdfs for a normal diet, including carbs, which is totally wrong for keto. Responses are slow and not well informed. I’ve cancelled my subscription after 3 weeks of using the app. It doesn’t support keto like they offer.
They also don’t tell you if you subscribed using paypal as I did, you have to unsubscribe in paypal. They never mention this anywhere, even in the review feedback I’ve seen on here. They don’t want you to leave and will try and scan as much money from you as they can. Overpriced and poor app.
Very disappointing.
Not enough variance for someone who does actually SIT most of the day due to knee and back problems. Majority are kneeling on the floor or lying on a couch ( great if you have a 6’ couch ! )
It was the animated avatar granny that encouraged me to purchase. Thinking it would be fun and motivate me. Well she is all over the advert but never appears at all anywhere on the app ! Instead you get the normal slim trim young person who doesn’t look like they need to exercise making everything look so easy. Not fun, not motivating.
Thirdly , I have been inundated with emails asking me to sign up to all sorts of rubbish. I simply bin them now, don’t even bother to open them.

Absolutely terrible customer service! 3 days no reply other than an automated email saying they will respond within 8 hours. No way to cancel the subscription that I can find either. Their food records are pounds and ounces in U.K. we use grams so unless you convert outside the app it cannot be used either! I recommend you don’t buy as it looks like I will have to go through my bank to get the payments stopped. Update, they have responded and given me details of how to fix the issue and made some concessions so I am satisfied that they are not as bad as I first thought just apparently very busy
