This apartment exceeded all my expectations and the staff were really helpful and friendly, specially Mr Reynan who truly helped make our stay even more comfortable, he went above and beyond his call of duty to buy groceries and baby food etc for us from local stores and provide extra towels and cleaning regularly...!
This apartment overlooks the Burj Khalifa plus the infamous dancing fountains. On new year’s eve celebrations, we had the most breathtaking view of the Burj and we got to see the fireworks clearly just like in front of us.
All the amenities are walking distance, even the Dubai Mall...!
Apartment comes with free parking and super fast lifts do go up and down from apartment.
Overall this place gets 5 stars and has been added to my most favourite place to come stay at in Dubai, highly recommended to all.
In these times of COVID 19 uncertainty I have had to cancel and change 3 holidays and booking.com has made cancelling and amending my holidays so easy, even today I have had to cancel because of Premier Inn at Gatwick North not allowing leisure stays so I had to cancel a whole holiday because of government tier changes although I live in a tier 2 area until today, and easyJet make things no easier as they say I won’t get my airfare refunded as I have cancelled outside there 14 day non refundable attitude...PREMIER. INN AND EASYJET take a leaf out of Booking.com..I know who I am loyal too in future..thank you Booking.com..
I made a booking through their website that ended up being a scam. The property didn’t want me to stay neither to give me back the money. Booking didn’t do anything about it. They basically didn’t care if I was losing my money and not having a place to stay. I ended up having to call the police to sort out the situation. Booking never did anything to solve the problem regardless of my numerous calls for help. I really advice you not to use their services. They will never take responsibility if there’s a problem.
We really enjoyed our stay but we felt it could have been better all round. The rooms did not have aircon, we paid for a king deluxe but thought it was more of a double room. Food portions were rather small and service was rather slow but the food that came was very good! The hotel definitely needed a spa area, lacked that 4* feel for us! All in all enjoyable stay but will not return, worth mentioning the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially David on reception.
We stayed in the above for 3 nights in December and had a wonderful time. Toby and his trusting team couldn’t have done more if they tried. Nothing was too much trouble and we can’t wait to go back and stay once things start to get back to some sort of normality. Parts of the hotel accommodation are tired and could do with updating but it was very clean. Thanks again for such great conversation and hospitality. Stay safe.
My family and I had an amazing time during our stay at Trinity Tower, the place is spacious warm, quiet and perfectly located in the heart of Canary Wharf. There are local amnesties and conveniently located transportation. The team were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were delighted with the place and service and would love to come back soon, highly recommended ✨✨✨✨✨
This is a terrible company that happily arbitrages your accommodation needs for a fee but fails to create any protection for you when the accommodation fails to deliver the contracted services.
Ok when things run smoothly. Not so great when the accommodation doesn’t deliver. Booking.com won’t care. You’re on your own!
If you book, best have bullet proof insurance.
I’m senior site manager in construction and need to stay over for a couple of nights for work and book this flat which has been updated. In my work I have to inspect houses or flat for a client and can say 100% that this flat was to a 5 star finish and to a very very high standards and a very comfortable place to stay a home from home and completely fitted out.
Great hotel , excellent service , nice food , facilities are brilliant especially the swimming pool and gym, prices are reasonable for what you get , staffs are polite especially the front desk girl (paiven) she was so helpful and polite proved everything we need and ask for , definitely go back again and recommend it to everyone, NAJAT .
This app is so so easy to use. Very clear instructions. Excellent filters for your preferred accommodation and so much choice.
I love using this app. Plus with booking.com there are so many places you can have free cancellation at the last minute in case plans change. Also you get a reminder of your booking from the app.
