Now that I am reasonably familiar with the various eccentricities and the usual flow to the app I find it helpful and reliable. Some of the time pressure special value grab it now deals I find hard to understand and I’ve lost some money in the past by clicking on the wrong thing in a bit of a time pressured panic. Also, I’ve noticed that what’s advertised as the price on one screen can sometimes change during the next couple of screens of the booking process so I find it a good idea to consciously set aside any feeling that I am going to miss out if I don’t rush and instead pay careful attention and take just a bit of time. I think I’m happier this way and if I am missing out for me it’s balanced by me not paying for things I didn’t want, which I think only leads to bad feelings all round. But my main stance is this is broadly speaking a useful and reliable hotel booking platform that I am currently content to use regularly.
These are great to book holidays with nice and quick and fairly cheap an easy, but as soon as something goes wrong it’s like dealing with the devil!
We booked two holidays with these recently, first one we booked and i received an email out the blue saying this was an obvious mistake and they was cancelling our holiday? I replied and said erm no it really wasn’t then what are you going to do to rectify the situation, there response was we’re not giving you anything or your not keeping your holiday!
Second replacement holiday I asked the seller if we had a lockdown would I receive a full refund, he said yes!
I received emails this morning from booking.com saying we are going to charge you for the full holiday if the seller said that’s what he wants to do!
Luckily I had already contacted the seller and he was a nice person unlike booking.com!
I would like to thank booking.com for having Ayass hotel within there list for Amman, I was spoiled in the hotel with a luxury service 24 hours especially the night shift with Amad Abu Khalil who gave me a beautiful suite made me feel better than 5 stars hotel, beside all other workers housekeeping and the rest of ayass hotel team. It is a perfect hotel as location near all shops. Clean, comfortable, beautiful breakfast and special smoking area for who would like to do so. Starbucks coffee shop within the hotel for a beautiful cup of coffee with friends when visit. I was spoiled I wish I can have a better explanation to say, I will definitely recommend it for friends and visitors going to Jordan and I will definitely book it for my next visit to Amman. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, few minutes walk into the centre and to the train station and right next to the beach. We received a very warm welcome. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The full English breakfast is very good. We took extra cleaning stuff to ensure the bedrooms were covid safe but on doing so it was obvious that care had already been taken to ensure the rooms are very clean. We were offered a parking permit for on street parking and found it easy to park. You step out of the front door and the beach is right there. Thank you for making us feel welcome and especially that we felt covid safe whilst staying with you.
Me and my partner stayed at Pier26. Billy picked us up from Ubud for a small fee, he also took us to the airport on our final day. Billy and his family were so welcoming, I genuinely felt so at home. Lovely big spacious clean rooms. It’s a bit out the way but it’s a short taxi or bike ride to Bali Collection. Billy had a big fridge outside which we were able to use , bikes and motorbikes to use. Breakfast and dinner can be purchased daily this is optional. Every morning without fail we had fresh coffee at our door. Absolutely loved my time here and the family were amazing people. Would love to return one day in the future.

В квартире есть все для комфортной жизни хоть на одну ночь, хоть на более длительный срок. Рядом много магазинов, аптек, торговых центров, станция метро, центр города.

There’s nothing to not like about Folly Hide. It’s peaceful, tranquil and cosy. The hosts are super friendly and cook an incredible breakfast. The Shepherds Hut is beautifully situated in the countryside. Reasonably and fairly priced, it’s the perfect peaceful retreat when you need a break from the world and a good nights sleep. The owners manage their Covid risks incredibly well and the option for contact free stay makes it safe and regulated. I cannot recommend it enough!
I love this app. It’s my go to for all my local and international stay. However my only criticism is that when you are looking at a hotel and you go back to your search results it takes you back to the top of the list rather than continue on where you were. And it does that every time, it’s actually very annoying sometimes I go the browser version instead. Overall I love Booking.com however. The great offers you get when you have an account with built up points.
The location and views are perfect , the beach view is stunning . The staff are very friendly and welcoming, safe secure and stunning apartments inside , all the local shops and the port and beach are in walking distance the best place by far I have stayed !!! Would recommend!!! Stunning inside marble floors and the apartment was modern , clean with a view to die for supermarket is next door to so no need for taxis !! 10 out of 10 for me !!!
Been using Booking.com for many years and travel frequently therefore I consider myself a good customer of theirs.
However, recently they decided to scam me by offering a non refundable upgrade that did not exist. I complained but they did not want to know and despite asking 16 times why they offered me a non existent non-refundable upgrade they have not answered.
