I LOVE this app. It’s by far the best free fitness app I’ve tried. It’s full of really good exercise plans and the way it takes you through them is so helpful and leads to a smooth productive workout. The difficulty level is also really well tailored and gradually builds you up. During the workout it also gives good advice on how to do certain exercises safely and how to know if they’re working or not. I can’t praise this app enough, it’s really helped me !

I have a question Do you really burn all those calories you do with exercise? I mean that I do the abdominal exercises and it tells me that I burn almost 400 calories in 17 min and is that true or is it only used to demonstrate that the application works?

The app itself is great but there’s ads that you can’t always click out of (possibly a bug? But with updates it’s not getting fixed). So you have to just close the app and then my Apple Watch doesn’t register the workout. It’s really annoying.

This app is free I just luv it it’s realy easy I’ve seen a huge different my weight was 60.9 kg and my target was 43.2 kg I am now 44.2 although I have asthma I have lost a lot.
