What diary
Gaba261 on 2020-08-13
So I filled out my first day and completed my diary. The next day I couldn’t find how to review yesterday intake. I could only add more ingredients to yesterday’s breakfast total so I had two days total together. But when I went to add food to lunch it was blank as I expected it to be (unlike the breakfast which showed yesterday’s food). But I couldn’t go back to review yesterday’s lunch items. I wanted a simple calorie counter programme not a quiz?!. Why doesn’t the diary give access to previous days’ entries?? Or if it does why is is so difficult to find? . I’ve deleted the app and reverted to an old calorie counter book and a diary to log it all in!
Little to much and not easy to access info.
PixieL-K on 2020-08-13
Firstly the app manages to collect step data from my iPhone but it doesn’t have the capability to access i formation of workouts from my watch!? it took me a few days to work out how to display the macros for each meal. it would also be far simpler if the user could enter the exact weight of an item e.g 55g of red peppers. instead i have to faff around with 1 gram then scrolling to 55 and if its over 100 i have to select 100 and round up. i know its not a precise science but its just a longer process than it needs to be. It took me 30 minutes to find my saved meals and when i did it doesn't let me open them to see the recipe so what is the point in that function?
Almost perfect
idk whats not taken fheirj2234 on 2020-08-13
It’s good for counting calories and tracking macros but when it comes to tracking workouts and specifically HIIT workouts it’s very annoying. This is because the lower the time u out the lower calories the app says u will burn so it’s pretty much telling me if I did the same amount of exercise but with more rest and over a longer time I’d burn more doesn’t let u put in the miles u run either just the time u ran for and a few options for the average speed. It’s alright for in the gym but could be a lot better if given the ability to add supersets and rest time. Overall for the the main purpose of tracking calories is a good app.
Good app
Stayalive101 on 2020-08-13
I like this app and there are a lot more things scanned in than there used to be. An improvement would be if when you bookmark the recipes available in premium you could then click on them from the favourites page. On my phone iPhone 11 you can see the recipes but then have to trawl to find them. Also it would be great if more were grams and 100g. There are plenty but much more default to to cups which I guess is because it’s been developed in America. Otherwise a great ap for tracking food and bringing it together with other fitness apps
Bloated App.
ukc_CP on 2020-08-13
V20.15.1 Went back to see if any improvements had been made since v20.11. Answer is none whatsoever. Still bloated, prone to freezing when updating (would help if it indicated it was updating as opposed to just freezing all interface during background processing). Deleting again as it is poor and shows no improvements. However those using to lose weight and want a logger please continue. It is very good for that. However once you got your optimal weight the lack of features and instability makes this a pointless app.
Ridiculous settings
KittehKatles on 2020-08-13
It works when it doesn’t randomly crash. It’s rubbish because certain settings can apparently only be changed on the web portal and not the app. There appears to be a setting (which I didn’t opt for) that means according to the app that you actually accumulate calories if you don’t do a certain amount of steps in a day which is quite possibly the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard and is physically impossible! Best not to pay attention to anything on the app besides food logging.
Absolutely Amazing
KingHydron on 2020-08-13
I never, ever write reviews but I felt obligated to do a positive review for this app. The app works like a dream, you just set your goals, do some customisations such as protein goals etc.. and just like that you are ready! The barcode scanning feature is just incredible. It saves so much time! the app condenses all your dietary information into one simple app that is easy to use and FREE. If you have fitness/health goals definable download this app and give it a whirl!
Not syncing data
mr not happy with ths app on 2020-08-13
Been using this app for years. But when a recent update occurred I cannot sync any data from my Fitbit app across to this one which is a major pain in the ass!! It’s good at logging calories etc but syncing training data seems impossible. And yes before you say I have disconnected and reconnected the app link about 7 to 10 times so far and still no joy. If I could give it a zero I would so only a one star. For me in this experience a one star is way too generous

Not good, nags constantly
Pat & Alan on 2020-08-13
Most irritating app ever! Used to be brilliant, now it’s full of nags and adverts, and it’s very expensive to get rid of them, only option is with recurring charges. Please please please allow the option to turn off newsfeed on the home screen. I do not want to see blogs and other pointless stuff every time I log in. Ok, have it available if chosen, but please do not force it on me, it is just so very irritating. Nag nag nag nag nag!
