I booked a stay through booking.com for a short trip to Italy. Turned out the place they booked me in did not exist. Neither did customer service when needed, so I was stuck without accommodation. The craziest part: That property is still up for bookings now, even after another customer and myself let them know it does not operate. So watch out, the prices may seem cheap, but you risk getting stuck without accommodation or help in finding a new one. Trust me, it’s not fun. Especially after a long trip. As for me, I finally got saved by a business partner who put me up at a place of his. Booking.com later contacted me talking about making it right, but because I had payed with my name rather than my card and thus had no receipt they finally gave me nothing, cutting the conversation quite unexpectedly and unapologetically. I guess there is more to a good business than good technology
Update: After booking.com asked me to contact customer service in response to this review I did. And guess what. I got no response. But I still do get promo messages from them trying promote that same non-existent property. While I just find that funny it also means they are still booking other people on that place, setting them up for a nasty experience. So watch out!

####Hi i just want want left a comment before i left the hotel, we were there for 7 days with our friends we were 6 guests. everything was perfect especially the supervisor Murad he gave us the best service , everything was 10/10 the cleaning team was so honest and they gave there best for us to be satisfied ❤️

We went to a hotel in Pisac Peru and the person who hosted us is anti-Semitic, hates Jews I have a recording against it and I have photographs of how polluted the room is, I ask that you please get back to me and I will send you proofs

I wish there was more info about each room and what the hotel provides cost free but it’s really really great I will use this service again
