Their service is worst, I’ve never ever came across such pathetic service. Even local brands or street sellers provide better services to their customers. I’ve purchased 3 products worth 4K and I want to return 2 of them as they not fitting me.. I’ve tried everything from my side by raising request to HnM to their courier partner, talked to customer service after waiting for 45 minutes straight on hold and waited for 32 minutes for online chat and all the day is to mail courier partner and HnM and nothing like nothing happened till the date, it’s been 30 days already and I can’t do anything about them. Pleased don’t buy from them. You’ll never get any revert or refund from them if something goes wrong with your purchase.. even Chinese brands like club factory and all are much much muchhhhh better than HnM. These people are TOTALLY USELESS and CRAP. I wound love to slap the owner of this brand if I ever get chance to see him/her. They should shut down their business if they are unable to handle it.. BASTARDS
I’ve been trying to reach the customer care for a bug that was present in the website, but apparently they seem to have been very busy in themselves and don’t have enough time to address our problems. Addressing the problem is still like the second step, but it’s hard even contacting them and hearing back is not something the brand believes in, I suppose. The website had a bug and now my order is messed up, I don’t see how I have been responsible for this but the ones who are don’t want to get in touch. Being a big brand, it’s really sad to see how you guys could be careless about these things and not be available.
I was doubtful about buying from this app due to the horrendous reviews I read on AppStore, with regards to their late dispatch rates & refund issues.
I must say everything went beyond smoothly with me. I received my order in less than 2 calendar days. I placed the order on Sunday, and it was at my door step by Tuesday. Asides from this, it was all covered in paper packaging, literally everything. Kudos to H&M for being so environment friendly.
The offers are also genuine and really help you save money.

Well I ve downloaded this app 5-6 times and deleted it and now downloaded it again just to check ! Is it my luck or there is some other issue and I found whenever I went on sale tab and try to select the item it says out of stock ! Not only once every time so why you guys just gave that sale option remove that right ? Because its been more than 2 months I have a continuous check on ur online sale tab and it’s totally waste of time because you are not going to get any product on sale ! First and worst experience !!
I’ve ordered romper and it was big for my baby .. I just simply wish to exchange them with one size smaller .. but the app has designed in way you cannot exchange .. you will have to fill a form and call to third party services for pick up and wait for refund for how long no idea.. because app will not give u any such information nor the customer service.. such great brand and poor app and pathetic service
I ordered a leggings for ₹699 and we did not receive it instead we received a T-shirt for ₹299 so I contacted with them on chat but they did not reply to it neither on call as we want refund for our leggings. It was first time to order something online on H&M but we’re very disappointed by their customer service

Very very bad service
I have returned an item on 1st May 2020 and still haven't received any refund. The customer care told me to wait for 90 days to initiate the refund.
Generally on other website the refund is initiated in 24hrs but with H&M it is 90 days.
Update 1st Sep,2020 : Till date no amount received.
This the worst app I have lost Rs 10519 /- till date I didn’t received them I am gone make them pay for what they have done I am gone file a complaint against them in consumers and I would like the all the people who have the same issue to do the same
It’s better to be safe than sorry. The return process with the app is really annoying. If you are unsure of size / colour etc DO NOT BUY from H&M app. Better choose Zara which is far more reliable and swift return / refund process.
I ordered a top from hnm app and received the wrong item and I returned it but have not recieved my refund yet. It’s been so many days that I have not recieved and I’m constantly mailing and calling them but getting no response.
