Issues with Broadcast Lists in WhatsApp business for iPhone and MacOS:
1. Sometimes, some recipients do not receive some broadcasted messages which otherwise they do receive, even though they’ve my number saved as a contact.
2. The broadcast list is not available in the desktop WhatsApp business application on MacOS. I use the latest updated app. I have to use the phone each time I have to send a broadcast message, as there is no way to see/edit or send messages to broadcast lists using the MacOS app. Please add the ability to see the list and send messages broadcast lists in the MacOS WhatsApp Business app.
3. Sometimes when a person ‘Reacts’ with an emoji to a message, the reacted emoji doesn’t get delivered at times. Please check and rectify.
FYI: I always use the latest updated version of WhatsApp on iPhone and MacBook, still I face the above issues.

There are many instances when it is not easy to send messages to many to join a group. Although the connects are known.
Since you already have an option in place which allows only invitation to be sent and cannot be added manually, is it not enough?

This app keeps hanging on uploading more than 1 status at a time. While hanging on main screen of WhatsApp, It wastes time as i keep on waiting to get it back on work mode, then after long intervals i reply to my clients, which seems much unprofessional.
I’m using iPhone 12 mini not a old device. This is shame for Apple too for speaking much about the bionic chips!
We will type text and schedule it when to deliver because mostly time we work in night so we cannot text our client in night but we want to send so if you add timer text delivery facility so it will be very beneficial for us.
Then we will able to text client in night and client will received it in morning.

I’m recently facing this issue that I’m unable to take backup of my chats on I cloud in WhatsApp business app
It is working fine on normal WhatsApp just the business app is having this issue it’s been more then a month I thought apple team or WhatsApp team will resolve this but nothing has happened please resolve this as soon as possible

Since i have shifted from samsung to 13 pro max and use WA BUSINESS for a week now the WA Business in ios is so laggy and and it always start to connect everytime i enter after i minimized. Never thought ios could lag this much. I asked around some ios and wa business users and they told me they face the same issues. Please fix it ASAP
