ZARA | App Report, Store and Ranking Data

Please if you want to buy go to the store directly because these people won't treat their customer with care and I ordered a perfume but recieve a damage one and I even send them pictures and they agreed that they will take the return and give my refund but then its been one month and they didn't even refunded and when i ask they said that it was used and open when i recieve a damage package. I will never ever buy again

they started charging 290rs on shipping on sale no matter how expensive items you buy , also the return charges are 100rs which is too pathetic, i had to return the whole order so i got nothing and wasted 390rs for nothing, they can charge for shipping but it should be reasonable 300rs is just too much and not at all reasonable

The delivery price is so much on sale items. And there’s a price for returns also. This is really pathetic. Hope you change this soon. Or people are really better off with your brand. The stores here are too far for almost everyone, there’s like only 2 stores in whole bangalore.

I ordered a side bag but i think Zara sent me the bag which was returned by other customers and has a scratch on the back of the bag. I wont returned it as its a very long process and most of the reviewer said it was a bad idea.

It shows product is available at store but I went to the store there are saying app not working properly and product is not Available

I don’t like your policy of delivery charges even above 2999/-.This is not consumer friendly.

What is the problem behind for unavailability of delivering in MANIPUR address???
