We had an amazing time at this Apartment. The security guard was very friendly and helpful in showing us how to get into the apartment.
The view from the apartment was breathtaking, the apartment was very clean and well maintained. All the toiletries as mentioned was provided. The kitchen was well kept and clean, including the refrigerator, microwave and cutleries. There was sufficient floor mats and bath towels.
The furnishings and fittings were well blended and gave a cosy feel to it. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable, the aircon, fan and bathroom fittings all worked perfectly well.
My family enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this accommodation/ apartment to everyone. It’s not too far away from the city just about 10 - 20 mins to Gurney Shopping Centre and the must try street food.
The staff are very helpful, when we needed help with finding good restaurants and church, they immediately responded to us via WhatsApp. They constantly kept in touch with us to ensure we had reached and are doing fine.

You pay more money when you book via Booking.com, at least you could expect a better service but it is actually worst: my booking was cancelled: when i called the hotel they ask me to call booking.com. When I call booking.com they are not able to reach the hotel or propose me any solution. And the hotel is Hilton, not a small hotel! In addition there is absolutely no follow-up by booking.com after my call to the support. No news since yesterday. But they dare to send a feedback email to rate my satisfaction about this incident resolution. Unbelievable. Better to ue Google Map and book directly hotel via their website, cheaper and better service!

Had Book One Residence happily I thot , but on the eve of Our departure Booking.Com Claim that our Apartment Book had defact , had referred to me an Aprtment that is of Home Stay , unfortunately I’d x 3 Old Folks that need Lift access , Booking.com should have more transparency towards their referral. Few things that was bad
1. Water Basin Leak
2. Bed sheet wasn’t change when we’re there at 3.30pm local time .
3. Odour smell from Toilet .
4. TV was as Bad , w no SG Channels at lease the minimum .
5. Booking.com didn’t even alert me it’s a Home stay .. bad
Highly recommend to this Ramada florya hotel and customer service is good and friendly hotel staff. 100% would recommend to everyone who want to travel in Istanbul.
