Can’t use iPad LAZADA in landscape mode!

Hey developers, can you be sensible and make LAZADA landscape compatible in iPad? Apple’s high end iPad is supposed to be used in Landscape mode most of the time, yet you failed to realize this and still choose to stubbornly hang on to ONLY portrait for iPad app. Why? Aliexpress and Amazon has already enabled landscape. What is so hard about it? Using iPad to shop is clearly a more enjoyable experience than using an iPhone. A bigger screen gives a more pleasant experience. If you fail to catch up and brush up your incompetency you’ll doomed to lag behind major e-commerce platforms. I’ll give your one suggestion, fire your incapable and insensible developers, they clearly ONLY know how to code and failed to see the bigger picture. Either that or the management team is stupid. It’s already 2020, most e-commerce platforms has already enabled landscape mode on iPad mode for years, and you still lag behind. What on earth are your doing? Lagging behind in features and tech is bad enough, do you plan on lagging behind in sales for the entire lifetime when Aliexpress and Amazon is around? Shame
Commitment to customers is important

Updated - Ordered. Charged. No change in status to show out of stock. Just don’t deliver and pretend as if the items were mistakenly not delivered. When asked, just refund. So from good to bad to worse to just nothing more to lose. Not the right thing to do. Disappointing!! UNTRUSTWORTHY! Wow!!! Disappointing in the time of crisis. Closed shop at the first sign of trouble. Lazada if you commit to your customers to deliver make sure you deliver if not just don’t commit. If it shows in stock make sure you really have stock just don’t take money and then at will refund. Credibility is important. Now there is nothing left of you. Stop making excuses that it’s difficult, delivery volume is high etc. Now is the time to earn trust not lose it and LAZADA has lost it. Also stop the profiteers from using your platform. I’m sure the platform gets a cut from the sellers too. So don’t be part of what the profiteers are doing.

Every purchase in Lazada entangles the customer with three parties: Lazada the platform, the seller and the delivery company, which is typically Ninjavan. It works fine as long as everything is smooth. If there are issues, the customer is at the mercy of all three parties. And Lazada chat is useless. My order got significantly delayed, and I had to chase the seller, Ninjavan and Lazada to find out where it is. I ended up canceling the order and I’ve been chasing Lazada for a refund. Been given the run around by their useless customer service. I’ll not shop with them again. Amazon beats them by 10 miles. Even AliExpress has better customer service. If the product am looking for is not available in Amazon, I’d rather buy from local stores, or not buy at all.
Poor user experience, no one proactively serving buyers

1. Parcel was lost by ninja van. Ninja van told me shipper has been notified to follow up with replacement/refund. 2. Seller didn’t follow up at all. I had to repeatedly ask seller for update, who seemed to forget about the situation each time and told me the parcel has been picked up on one occasion. Only to realise he was referring to the lost parcel instead of a replacement a few days later, and he told me to contact Lazada for refund. 3. No way to initiate a refund process in the app. The only way I found is to call Lazada. And the phone number I called redirected me to two other numbers, one of which is not operating during circuit breaker period, and the other is not answering. 4. Contact Lazada chat is useless.
Unable to make payment

I used several credit card to make payment but failed and gave an error. Contacted poor Lazada customer service, saying that is my problem from issuance bank. Point is tried my UOB, CITIBANK, OCBC, DBS credit card without any issue on Qoo10, ezbuy, eBay and other online payment platform. So I’m curious why others platform can pass the payment but only LAZADA give such issue then blame is the issuance bank. To solve this issue, I need to submit on every credit card statement, copy of credit card image, and proof of billing. I think this is the first time I faced with the e-commerce required such document. Not only submit once and it’s depend on which credit card I used. Feel disappointed ☹️
Beware of Lazada they support their seller then their customer

This is online company support the seller than the customer. They make it so hard for you to request for refund and they make so easy for the seller to reject your request without even reviewing the issue. There totally no customer protection at all. Paid for brand new product end up getting a use product by the seller magnify. Amazon is more customer oriented then them and amazon make it easy for their customer to get a returned faulty item.

I have make payment for the order. But on the seller item remark show. I nd to make another payment. And i try to contact lazada, but the live chat is not working. And have being waiting for lazada to get back, but no respond. Now im not sure should i order again or wait. Very disappointed service for a big company. And is a sg company. When china tao bao get back and fixed problem much faster then them.

Lazada’s full of crap. They say they take counterfeit seriously it as thou they are supporting them. No reply whatsoever not even on my junk. More than 5 working days they dont even accept my honest review on the seller’s page to prevent buyers becoming victims of this scam. people are losing money dammit!! #%^^#}}%^*]]][!!! delete this stupid app

No more free shipping. You have to grab shipping vouchers by self and there area always ran out or show your not allow to grab when the vouchers finally available! Poor service! Better choose shopee, many many free shipping for use no need grab. Stupid lazada, somemore shipping is terrible slow! Bye bye lar lazada
Poor user experience and zero customer service

In addition to have a bad user experience, and to sometime “forget” to deliver your good, it’s just impossible to reach out to customer support! Only a chatbot with stupid answer. I recommend to use other platform for groceries and to go direct for other goods. No value added by Lazada, which is very sad
