LiveUp is overpriced, fails to deliver promises

To anyone out there who is thinking of getting LiveUp, don’t. It is ridiculously overpriced. Amazon Prime charges $3 per month for a SAME DAY 2 HOUR DELIVERY SLOT, access to prime videos, twitch prime, etc. Annual fee would be $36. Now, LiveUp is priced close to a whopping $60 annual fee. You get close to no benefits. Not only is shipping not expedited, it is also not free, and the ‘benefits’ are useless (partner promotions such as Ofo and Uber have long fell through and no replacements have been made). They also decided to cut rebates from 5% to 4% so essentially, you pay more than you save. Now to the actual app itself. Is there something wrong with their UI? The messages tab is unnecessarily difficult to use. There isn’t an option to ‘clear all’ notifications, and it appears in your home screen. To clear the notifications, you have to manually delete it one by one. When you select the ‘feed’ tab, the default does not show you the feed of the stores you follow, but rather ‘suggested’ stores. The aggressive ‘shove it in your face’ marketing tactic makes your app exhausting to use. The voucher system is ridiculously bad. Instead of limiting to “the first ___ to collect it daily”, it should instead be for the first ones to actually use the vouchers.

Lazy, atrocious, unprofessional from Lazada. First they cancel my order and refund me not the full amount of what I had paid for the item. Yes I did use a voucher but if they added in the voucher and canceled the total from there, my other items used from the voucher would then be totally undervalued for me. When I asked for proper explanation all I got was another voucher. Fine I give them a chance because everyone makes mistake. I closed one eye and used the voucher. Then same thing happened again. This time I calculated. Two separate orders with one platform voucher of 5$ subtotal was 36. Minus the 5 from the voucher it would 31. However 19.70 worth of order was cancelled. But only 16.67 of it was refunded back to me. So what? You took into account the $5 voucher I used and deduct what was suppose to be refunded back to me? Then what was the point of it being a $5 voucher if only $2.79 has been used on my other item? And they can’t even provide me with proper explanation because clearly they are out to cheat their customer’s money. Please do not fall into their trap like and stop using this useless app with a useless team running it. Cheating, deceiving and unprofessional.
Worst service.
Never RedMart again for sure on 2020-01-28
I don’t usually write reviews. But I gotta give this to these guys. They are completely useless people and they provide the worst service. RedMart delivery slot has no use. Selected 7-9pm didn’t deliver at all and needed to reorder. So I selected the slot 3-5. Till 11pm, no delivery. Call the help desk, all they do is apologise, but won’t get your stuff. If you want apologies, surely red mart is the best place to shop.
Beware shipping charges

I am a frequent buyer on Lazada/Redmart and can avoid shipping fees on large orders. My most recent purchase was less than $75, and was charged a $5.49 local delivery charge. I hoped that my purchase history would qualify me for free delivery, like my Prime membership offers. Lesson learned about small purchases!
Horrible customer service

This platform emphasise so much on easy returns, but the live agents refused to even provide a return ID for customers to return the items. So much for “dissatisfied, simply return for a refund”. I cannot even return my item.
Worse online experience

Products sold were 80% false advertising. When ask to refund, seller won’t even respond. I understand this is the seller’s fault but Lazada should implement some mechanism to prevent such cases from happening again.
First timer purchase - not easy

As a first timer buying from Lazada, not easy to purchase, not easy to fill in the details. I could not utilize my first timer $5 discount because I did not know where to claim the $5.
Refund Issue

Disappointed. My order was cancelled due to out of stock. But I didn’t receive the full refund amount. Contacted the customer service, and no proper action is taken.
Already disabled Promos from notifications but not honoured
