Great idea but this place needs a-lot of work

Tried to sell a brand new item (TS x PlayStation sweater collab)
Item is new, tried the item on once, didn’t fit, repackaged and protected until I was able to sell, packaged it safely and left a note for the buyer with the same information, sale was denied because this terrible app thinks that means it is used and they are canceling the sale as well as charging me for return shipping.
Don’t use this seller as they do not have any common sense nor do they care about either the seller that used their service or the buyer that was excepted to Receive their purchase.

I sent in some balenciagas they get to Alia’s the next day so I’m like ok cool this is almost over with but no I check on it the next day and it’s telling me it’s an issue with the sale. 2 days later and I’m still waiting on them to tell me what’s wrong with the order.
