There have been 2 and possibly 3 errors in postings to my checking account in the past 3 months and when I call to talk to customer service just now you system won’t communicate I wanted to ask why I see a charge to my checking acct on Dec 23 but when I go to statements to protest it’s not there. It was a charge for $39.98 to a foreign company. Shen ???? The item never arrived and I want to have the charge to my account removed. Please respond via text as I’m working and can’t take a call until after 3:15 today. Today I see where you doubled paid my Talbots account just 3 days apart. I rescheduled this to pay earlier than the 20th many months ago. All has gone fine now this month you screw it up for absolutely no reason. I had to Pay a late charge months back because you didn’t send it on time , now this. I think it’s obvious you haven’t got it straight so now I feel you need to reverse the 2 nd payment to Talbots for this month AND. refund the late charge you charged me months ago as clearly it was your error as I suspected all along.

Bank of America online banking is a great use full app that allows you to use numerous tools at the convenience of your finger tips. I am able to pay my bills, make transfer between accounts, send money to love ones and even check my credit score from time to time. This app not only keeps track of my spending, it also categorizes it highlighting what I’m over spending on. This app is so convenient that it even provides you with endless knowledge on credit, tips on saving, and informative easy to understand videos that the average person can understand. So far bank of America’s great app for me to utilize on my day to day basis.

Please add Siri Shortcuts to send money. Please support iOS 13 Dark Mode. Please allow canceling specific steps in Zelle payments, instead of a single Cancel button, which starts everything over if tapped at any time. Add a way to hide the keyboard, change from selecting individual to business, add a nickname or not, all without having to start over. Very frustrating! Also, please improve the navigation for adding new recipients and immediately sending a payment to them. As of now it’s so unintuitive that I mess up every time, even though I’ve used it countless times (daily almost). Thanks for a great app. Let’s keep pushing!
Good but missing some key features

I would give this app a five star rating but it’s missing a few features that mean a lot to me. 1. It’s missing the option to transfer money from my BOA account to one of my external bank accounts. I hate that BOA charges 3 dollars to transfer to an external bank account. Just wanted lease add this feature. 2. The app gives you the option to disable your debit card but the app will not allow you to do it for a credit card. If my BOA credit card is lost or stolen I want to be able to disable it. If I find it I wanna be able to reactivate it. 3 Bill pay could be easier. I hope the developer addresses these issues.

I paid a credit card in full. I actually called customer service to make sure I was paying the account in full. I was looking online at my checking account about two weeks later and saw a surprise. There was an amount due on the credit card I previously paid off. The credit card showed a zero balance and then days later showed I still owed money. I was told it was interest, however, why I am charged interest on a zero balance? So, since I was told I would owe a late charge, etc....I paid it and shredded the card. I have had accounts with BOA for over 40+ years so this was sad.

When I ordered something online it showed on the app that i paid for the item twice since that showed it also showed i had negative amount on my account so i called to see what was wrong they had to investigate they gave me one of the charge back witch was good since i only paid once but now they want to take it back and i dont have the money for it and its going to go back to negative amount to my account yall need to take care of this !

Still disgusted with Bof A’s constant theft of customer money. A $5 fee is theft. It does not cover costs at all - pure profit. Banks are no longer banks. They’re corrupt profit makers that corrupt everybody. My only positive is being able to reactivate my CC when the bank has restricted it for suspected fraudulent use. Other than that I bank out of convenience to ATMs only - not for any other reason. This bank is garbage.

Bank of America has the rudest weirdest customer service. I had a borderline racist woman asking me if i can afford my financials before helping in Kentucky. When i finally got a upper management on the phone she was worst. Granted I’m a young customer but i been other Bank of America since 2009. You would think that counts for something 10 years later. Either way go way CHASE TD CHIME CASH APP ANYTHING before this bank.

I’ve been a customer for more years than I can remember. BofA has provided outstanding service for the entire time I have used their banking services. The convenient banking products and security have been important to me, but the friendly customer service and helpful employees that I’ve dealt with have made BofA my “go-to” banking site (I use multiple banks and this one is great).
Just do away with mobile check deposit because it doesn’t work

Used to be a great feature and now it never works. I get brilliant messages such as: “Use front of the check” — it is the front, dingus “Needs darker background,” followed by “needs more light” ???? And then when I take a photo myself it’s unreadable Why offer a feature that doesn’t work? This used to work every time, ever since the grand update it’s terrible.
