I’ve had multiple issues logging into my account. Turns out when I changed my Buy Buy Baby e-mail, it effects my Bed Bath and Beyond account? Please tell me how that makes sense. Especially when I can’t use the Beyond+ membership at both stores. WORST user friendly apps and sites for this company.
There are also issues of not removing items from my cart, or giving me random errors all throughout using the app. This is a major retailer. You’d think they’d have this figured out.
No matter how useful an app is I can’t review positively when there is a system that deletes honest reviews. And there is no system to review the auto deletion.
I wonder how many Bed Bath product reviews are misleading or false because the negatives ones were deleted.
I was told my negative review violated the terms. However, upon research by the customer specialist, they could not find what exactly was violated but still refused to post the review.
Was in BBB this am and needed assistance in finding a bridal gift. The young lady, I believe her name was Kaycie, was so helpful! She helped me find my selection, was in no hurry to get on with her day! Customer service is practically non-existent now a days! I am an elderly person with poor eyesight. Her helpfulness and kindness made my day! Will definitely continue to shop with BBB!!
Would love to use this app, and love it on my iPhone, but I cannot sign in on my iPad without it crashing completely. I can’t sign into my registry nor my account in general. Whenever I click sign in it automatically crashes.
I love using the app for my registry on my phone, but would love to use it on my iPad.
I just downloaded the app to create my wedding registry. I set up my account and every time I try to sign into my registry to manage it or add things the app closes. I only have an iPad so with no other way to manage the registry I guess I have to find any other retailer.
Downloaded the app on my iPad. You can shop online but when I tried to connect my wedding registry to it, it kicks you out of the app all together every time. Disappointing.
I had $19 remaining as a gift card balance. When I changed my credit card for the remainder of a purchase, the credit disappeared from my account. Lost $20!
I ordered an item and they shipped it wrong color correct item. I needed this item right away so returning it wasn’t possible. Very disappointed.

Needs face recognition so if someone has your phone they can’t order anything or if phone is lost or stolen
