Overall appearance of the room was clean and quiet. The street is a little busy but is expected this time of the year. The queen size bed is very uncomfortable.. with multiple areas that have dips with springs poking you making it impossible to get a good nights rest. It is not a ocean view room - which was one of the things we were looking forward to was the fact that it said ocean view. The walk to the beach is pretty far and wouldn’t recommend it when it’s hot out. Beware when it rains because of landing water and there really isn’t a place for your pet to go to the bathroom. Be sure to bring trash bags, dish detergent and a extra fan because the AC unit is not equipped to cool the space when temps are above 80. The bathroom door must be left opened or your literally sweat to death just washing your hands due to the heat that comes in through the sky light.
I have reservations that I need to cancel because of the COVID-19 pandemic. I have lost access to the email I originally used to sign up on the app. The app nor the website allows me to change my email address. The only feedback from customer service goes to my old email address. The only phone number to cancel the reservation requires the confirmation number and pin that was provided to the old email address. The property cannot cancel the reservation but gave me the confirmation number. However, there is no way to retrieve the PIN number. Horrible customer service which is going to cost me two nights at a hotel where I cannot travel because of restrictions.
I love Booking.com however I have booked 3 different locations now with free cancellation. I have already stayed at one at a beach. Going on another vacation next week but anyway. Case in point I was charged full price twice now even though I can cancel for another week . I canceled the first one when I realized under principle and stayed somewhere else. My point is this don’t label something free cancellation and than charge them 100% of the charge when booked . I assume the hotels are broke due to covid and they are taken what the can get . You have been warned be aware .
I Won’t Go To No Other Room But This One , Very Nice Staff Charvelle & Deneshia is My Favorite they help me with everything they speak an ask if I need anything They are Very Very Helpful.... imma always choose to stay here although Deposits are a lil to high but it’s Worth my stay but one day I might have money for the room an not deposit... My rooms be very clean I never make it to breakfast so I wouldn’t know about that but over all I recommend this Hotel
Booked a room , was charged by booking.com and also the hotel where I was staying , took for ever to get my refund, I paid 433 US dollars, and refunded me with 336 US dollars , what kind of people work here? .. Update - I didn’t learn my lesson with the app
I booked another room for 2 nights , only stayed for one night and I checked out , tried to get a refund but it’s mission impossible it seems .. and I did not get my refund don’t recommend !!!!!!!!!!!
I planned my trip before the coronavirus pandemic like everyone else. I booked multiple places through multiple third party sites, all with non-refundable fare.
The hotel closes and Booking won’t refund me my money or won’t even give me a voucher for use at other hotels. Lost a long time customer. I booked with Agoda and they refunded me my money when the hotel closed, despite it being non-refundable. Never using them again.
Started booking my trips through Booking.com 4 years ago and its made it so much easier!!! From saved destinations to always having the best deals the app is awesome! It’s navigation is easy and worth the time, alot of free cancellation rooms and that helps when your married with kids and life can happen. Always recommend Booking.com when i can. I just love the convenience and ease of this app! I have used for some time and it is so convenient to just be able to quickly pull it up and make a booming immediately! Even if small details change later, you just click on the app and make the change! No on hold phone calls with customer service or any confusion with the person on the other end of the line! You tell it what you want and that’s it!
I’ve had two weekends of guests yet it says I’ve got no reviews. I know they left reviews. The first weekend I was notified that the guests left a review, but nothing is showing up. Zero. Second guests said they left reviews yet there is no word from Booking. A host NEEDS to be able to see reviews.
