Don’t give Chase a bad review. They WIIL F with your credit. Alsi when you try to start a valid dispute their recording will say the following. Please call back during normal business hours and you will be disconnected. Not having any idea when you may call back for a dispute. Chase has also replaced my credit card numerous times without telling me complete specifics regarding their decision to stop all my reoccurring charges. F credit cards. Can’t wail until Bitcoins put companies like Chase and Experian completely out of business Previous review This App is excellent. Chase is a good bank. It’s what surrounds it that should be looked at closely. Visa disputes regarding internet purchased services products can be throughly frustrating. There reps are unprofessional. I no longer plan to use associated credit card for protection against misrepresented product and services. Once your ripped off, they may not support you as expected in their agreements. Also Chase recently changed credit report monitoring from Trans Union to Experian. Well... Experian recently abused a large number people’s personal information. Can’t believe Chase is tarnishing their brand name associating with this company. Nutshell - looking for another way receiving protection from internet purchases.
Can’t choose credit card payment date.

I prefer to pay my credit balances at least a week prior to the payment due date. I also prefer to have my account on autopay for each statement. I find it frustrating that I do not have the ability to select my auto payment date to be anything other than my payment due date. This results in multiple emails sent advising me that my payment is due leading up to my due date. What got me to write this out was todays emails. Today is my payment due date. I received first the email advising the payment had been applied. Then an hour later an alert that I needed to make a payment because it was my due date and nothing had been applied. All my other cards allow me to choose this date. Catch up Chase!

I opened an account with chase about 8 months ago and I’m sorry I did,since then they have closed the 2 branches closest to my home. Also the last 3 times I have been to the next closest which is about 5 miles away and a lot of traffic their ATM has been down. I went in to the bank the one time to let them know something was wrong and the teller I spoke to didn’t seem to care,plus on the way out another customer told me they new about the ATM because it had not been working properly for days. I tried today to reach out to the manager today to express my concerns but he has yet to return my call. I guess I’ll take my money elsewhere. Now I can’t even send this without a nickname?

I went to the Chase ATM with the big sign, not a real branch. I inserted my card as requested, got no prompts, and the machine wouldn’t release my card eventho it is visible (and in the middle of a city). I called customer support twice and both non-domestic agents put me on hold before cutting the call. This is about what I would expect for the biggest bank in the world to do business with its smaller retail customers. Chase, please call me and help get my card back 609-468-9324.
Acknowledge Payment Processing

When a reliable national banking entity has sent money to you at my request in payment for my credit card, and has told me the money has been transferred to CHASE, please at least acknowledge that the transaction is in process. American Express does a superior job to you in this respect with a post to my account of “Payment Processing”. Otherwise, the customer has to endure a period in which the money seems to literally be nowhere in the banking system.
The fraud department is in India

Seems like every time I need to check something, the app doesn’t work at all. I’m very tired of being ripped off by banks. By having an app that magically stops working whenever I need to check if I’m being ripped off I can only think it’s on purpose. A call to the fraud department puts me in touch with people in India. INDIA IS THE CAPITAL OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY!!! AND THAT’S WHO I GET ON THE PHONE!!! Are you kidding me?!?
Don’t like the app changes at all

Please put the East access menu back. Trying to locate the records of all Zelle payments I received was a nightmare. Plus adding that option to the top as a quick access button I now have to scroll, horizontally, for is WAY more hidden than the original menu was. Also now the facial recognition stopped working. The lesson here is that if ain’t broke, don’t fix it!
For the Amazon card

This app is horrible confusing, slow to update all and all makes me appreciate the Apple Card (and wallet app) much more! Chase.. everything from how you show information on the app and how you include Amazon pay later charges all at once .. is sloppy and feels like a set up to end up paying interest. Your app is definitely not set up to help customers.
Confusing UI

Most of the app is well designed, but the Zelle part makes no sense. It’s hard to find anything. I had a request I sent that expired, so I wanted to resend it. I couldn’t figure out how to see expired requests. I couldn’t even figure out how much money or what the request was for. Had to check with things outside the app to figure it out.

I use to love this app until I had to change my password and it would take none of what I put in even when I went EXACTLY the way they wanted it… I am donewith it… tried for days to get it to work but nothing… don’t need my business fine I will cancel my card also… thank you.. good bye… this review needs to have 0 stars… it is crap…
