Great App but Slight Accessibility Challenge

I have found this app to be easy to use, and it appears to be accessible with screen readers. I have only come across a slight challenge that may make this app difficult to use for blind users. When you use the app to sign up for online banking, you are only given a five or ten minute session before your progress is lost. For a blind user, this is not enough time for card activation because we can't read the card number, meaning that we need to use a special software to scan the card and read the number aloud so we can type it. This process alone took me long enough to time out my session so when I finished typing the number my progress was lost. People who are blind simply can't read and type as fast as sighted people, so these sessions are not long enough. I understand that this is for security, but to make this app more accessible, I recommend thirty minute sessions. If this is not possible, another option would be to add an option to the session time out screen saying user is still there. Instead of just telling you the session will time out in one minute, it could ask if you are still there and if the user does not answer within a certain time it will automatically log off. I thank anyone who has read and considered this feedback, as well as any developers who could work to implement it.
New Feature Concept

I’ve been enjoying the app for decades and can admit to be an experienced customer. However on the other hand with the impact of globalization and advanced technological commerce, Chase I believe would be ready for a currency translation feature. It’s becoming more and more popular for travel and the Countries visited, that contain Chase Banks should have an automated currency exchanger pending on where the visitation is spent. This feature would lessen demands for cryptocurrency to be used around the world for many third party apps are used to purchase global commerce if not used by direct websites that sell foreign products. I feel this feature would prevent theft if having a hard time understanding the value of currency. Keep up the great work……
Has been a great app but…

For a month or more Chase as disable the ”hide account” function. For some reason they have not been able to restore that feature. If you un-hide an account it will stay un-hidden. I’m not sure why it was disabled or why Chase is unable to fix a long standing feature. The hide functionality is temporarily unavailable. You won't be able to hide an account until the feature is fully restored. If you already have a hidden account, you'll be able to show it but you won't be able to hide it again
Best Bank App of Big Four

When compared to its peers (Bank of America, Citi, and Wells Fargo), Chase’s app is the best among the big banks. Payments are easy to make and due dates are clearly shown throughout the payment process. I’d like to see pending payments shown on the first page of the payment process (to avoid duplicating payments), and it would be nice if Chase applied payments immediately like Citi and Amex do.
No ballance after each transaction

I have been the customer of Bank of America for many years with its app displaying balance after each transaction which is very handy. I recently got a Chase reserved card and noticed Chase app doesn't display the balance after each transaction which is a huge bummer. Chase developers, Is it really that difficult to display balance after each transaction or is there another reason?
Lack of Quicken support

Chases recently gone to an authorization approach to work with downloading transactions to Quicken. This is a horrific transition. I just feel like you are forcing me to stop working with Chase. Now after working with Chase for 20 years I’m seriously thinking about getting rid of the accounts because you so messed up the integration with Quicken on your authorization issues.

The chase app allows me to deposit checks practically instantaneously. It’s possibly saving the planet single handedly by reducing peoples foot prints . Al while you can monitor your bank account 24/7 to help prevent fraud & error. This puts you in full control of your bank account. You can make payments or give gifts instantaneously with Zelle . Thanks Chase

This bank has been so helpful. With all the distractions going on my banking is one thing that I know don’t have to worry about. I’ve had notifications of purchases from out of town with them just checking to see it was me. That’s a very convenient and comforting thing to have when it comes to my money.

I’ve been with Chase for over 5 years now and I could not be any more please with all the services they provide. I have always been hesitant to have credit cards but I fell comfortable caring two credit cards now and the Chase Sapphire Reserve being one of the two. Best credit card company hands down
Needs an upgrade every time

This new concept where they block you from using the app until you upgrade makes it almost impossible to use. Their recommended solution is auto-updates but that’s for all apps, which I’m not willing to do just so chase can push mandatory updates constantly. Overall not worth the hassle over the web.
