Searching for purchases is tough

Paying my loan is tiresome because it does NOT give me an option to set a notification to pay it on time. Auto pay is not an option with the app on iPhone. Also searching for checks is difficult because you need the check number and search one by one. Why can’t I look at all Checks in the order of dates and not check number. I also use the app “TrueBill” and they messed up because my wife’s Chase credit card was declined because it was expired. Not once did I get a notification about this which made my Vivint (security alarm which is drafted automatically via Vivint) months late and I had to search if I made a purchase or not and searching was IMPOSSIBLE and I had to call. Fix all these problems.

There isn't a Bank out there with an app that is user friendly to their CLIENTS! And, as a side note, I am an elderly person and HAVE TO PAY ALL MY BILLS ON-LINE And it is a nightmare every single month! My opinion is, since the banks won't get the problems fixed I guess WE ALL NEED TO TAKE A BREAK AND EITHER PAY IN PERSON or go back to USPS, not ideal either but I've had a lot less problems with USPS, than most WEBSITES!! So what do we do?? I Don't have a clue!! I thought about PHONE PAYMENTS, but they basicallyhave the same problems
Zelle access horrible

I’ve used Zelle on chase for months to send money for rent with a roommate. The first time I had money sent to me an error occurred and I wasn’t able to locate the issue. I just got a message that told me to log into my chaseQP account to verify my phone number. I logged in, only to once again see the same message in my mailbox with the exact same link to log in. Customer service on the line had a wait time of over 50 minutes and this was a time sensitive matter. App hard to navigate and I’m going to take my business to suntrust.

I can’t believe UI of jpm investment is continuously getting worst… The investment part of the app is almost Unusable. this is )/:$ joke for a Multi-billion dollar bank to put out such garbage investment app is incomprehensible. Please fix soon all will move all my money to Bank of America! UI for the investment app is nightmare…. Slow, laggy…. Missing key feature such after hour trading. More is coming…..

As a consumer, I just want to let the folks at Chase Bank know what a wonderful product they have in their mobile app. It is so simple and easy to use, and the graphics are outstanding and easy to look at. Keep up the great job at Chase and I will remain a loyal customer for the rest of my life, and my entire family will remain loyal customers of Chase also.

It would be really helpful if we could see exactly what transactions were included to comprise our “current balance”. Would be even more helpful if the current balance was then added to the “pending transactions” (which apparently are not part of the “current balance”) in order to determine what the GRAND TOTAL of all outstanding transactions is.
The worst app and customer support in the history!

In December 2021 they locked my account. Five months later I still trying to reset my password. I have called them trillions of time but they never answer. When I try to reset my password in the app they said they are not available to send me a code “ at this time”. I’m just deleting this useless app, and banking anywhere else.

Me an tomado casi 900 dls de mi cuenta si mi autorización habiendo yo hablando con personal de el banco pidiendo no hacer dicho pago ya que yo lo encontraba falso aún haci hicieron cas omiso a mi requerimiento lo cual habla muy mal de el banco a el día de hoy pienso presentarme en el banco a que me den una explicación

With the latest update to the Chase mobile app, you can no longer see your bill pay activity. Something called real time payment activities listed, but it doesn’t show anything. To see your bill pay activity, you have to go to the actual website, bypassing the app. This is totally screwed up. What the heck happened?

They brought charges that was made to my account to my attention, that I clearly was unaware about and closed my account. I will never deal with them again. I have to wait for a check in the mail in order to get my money out of the account, nor would they give me any explanation as to why they closed my account.
