I don’t like it I mean I hate it what 25 to 29 participants join the meeting it is better but it still crashes and bandwidth is the blocker I can’t even see the teacher and when the bandwidth ends and finally the teacher can see me if the meeting did not end how will she see me the meeting will end at that time my meeting is from 9am to 3pm and bandwidth started at 10:07am and the teacher could not see me til 2:59 it lasts only one hour and seven minutes and it keeps on crashing and freezing why does it do this it takes a long time to reconnect and I stay in the lobby and I miss my meeting it is janky I don’t like it just look back at the title I hate it there is a developer response at the end of a bad review and mine will soon get a developer response because I don’t like it and in all of my reviews I hate it and I mostly hate Webex Webex is a worse version of zoom and you don’t have any option of stopping bandwidth the students are the host for a long time and I became the host too which easily gave me a chance to end the meeting it is so simple just tap the screen once and click on the black button with three dots on the bottom of the screen and then click on lock meeting and then the meeting ends and when another student joins the meeting it will say cannot join the meeting on the top and it will say the meeting has not started yet on the bottom and at those times only the host can join the meeting and then the meeting starts and if you click on the screen once on the top it will say the name of the meeting and before that no other student can join the meeting including my teacher and my students keep on unmuting me no fair I am never going to use this app even my mom shouted I hate it science COVID 19 has started do not force me to rate this 5 stars or I will rate this 1 star once you fix everything I will rate this 5 stars
We have been using WebEx for a number of years. We wanted to upgrade our service so we contacted our sales rep. Instead of giving us a quote to upgrade our service, he generated a quote with our company name misspelled and with an incorrect address. We asked him to correct this and to date, he has not only not corrected it, he continually requests that we sign an agreement with this incorrect info and blames WebEx IT for the problem.
We contacted the sales number at the WebEx website and were informed that this guy created a fake company to generate the quote. We asked to simply have a quote for our company to move to their full training and event suite with a couple of add ons. For some reason, Cisco has complicated this sales process so much that you cannot simply purchase the services you need, when you need them. This new rep said he would check into whether he could even generate a quote for us to make a purchase since WebEx forbids it because of the way they assign accounts.
We even worked with their “life cycle” specialist who was helpful but did not have the ability to process the sale for us or to get us a sales rep who could help. At this point I am being left with no choice but to move our company over to Zoom simply because we cannot purchase the services we need from WebEx because of this ridiculous sales process.
It is of a 100% glitch! No sound unless you’re unmuted etc etc about 30 to 50 participants join the meeting and it crashes and freezes and it also drains my battery CODE????!!!!??????????????????????? It asks you for the meeting URL or the ID and your parents email VERY LAME what if you’re parents don’t have an email yet!!? Greedy greedy greedy developers and if my teacher wants to see what I did SHE CANNOT MAKE ME THE PRESENTER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP!!!!!!! Butttttttttttttt sometimes I CANT EVEN JOIN THE MEETING! Don’t even think I can give this 5 stars!!! I wish I could rate this negative 5 stars! Do not USE THIS APP NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY DUMB. Next review in 44 seconds... just look back at the title can’t I love it no don’t accept that I’m am not going to use this app I deny this! WHAT IS THE MEETING URL??????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????? No etc etc etc and it is very blank science I started using this app EVEN A SECOND IS 100% BAD!! No I don’t accept that at all CODE????????????????????????????? What?! No sound unless you’re unmuted etc etc and the mute button is rather all red or all gray BRING THE OLD MUTE BUTTON BACK! I don’t like this new mute button okay this new mute button like it just still shows you mute forever the last mute button told you weather you were muted or unmuted THIS ONE JUST SHOWS BLUE!!! Which is not a great color for unmute and YOU CANNOT GET RID OF THE BANDWIDTH the bandwidth means you get a yellow triangle next to the mute button AND DURING THE BANDWIDTH YOU CANNOT TURN ON YOUR VIDEO!!! How? Please fix everything! I don’t know how
Webex come on! Today multiple audio issues by many users. Audio not connecting. These users are all in different cities and countries. The app also needs the mute button more prominent like it was in RED. Now one must have extremely good vision or cannot see if they are muted. Since Webex made that change many more mtgs with background noise. This is because of the same issue they thought they were on mute yet when they looked again they had trouble if they were it were not on mute. Fix this please. And even with the most latest version audio problems continue. Yes the recent version
I’m not a teacher, I’m a student and I think there should be a “Kick out of meeting” option for teachers because I didn’t know how infuriating it would be for a random student to join a class meeting and just start saying slurs and be disruptive. I feel this would really help prevent the amount of disruptions a teacher would get when encountering a difficult student who won’t leave the meeting. I really hope you take this into consideration so my teachers and I don’t have to deal with troublesome students in the future.
at first, you could have unlimited time per meeting and use voice and audio. then, after the pandemic died out a little bit, they limited each meeting to 50 minutes. that wasn’t too too bad, but it still kinda sucked. to put the cherry on top though, now it’s still only 50 minutes per meeting, but you need to pay for the premium to use voice and audio, otherwise you’re only locked to typing to chat with people. the premium is over $100 per year. definitely not worth it at all

I don’t know if the reviews is to remove this but here’s the thing. WebEx is glitchy. The audio can disconnect from time to time and it’s hard to distinguish if you’re muted or not. Also, to share your screen you have to be a host, this gives my classmates many many, MANY chance to end the meeting. Also the login is a bit confusing, and overall this app is a worse version of zoom. Sorry but like please fix this. I do not need a low grade
My school uses this app as an alternative for zoom. In all of the weeks I’ve used zoom and webex, I can tell zoom runs faster and is less buggy, despite it being a newer app. The button features on bottom of screen in webex are really buggy, and sometimes don’t show up at all. Takes quite the time to load into the meeting in comparison to the faster zoom. I am forced to use webex, and if I had a choose, I would use zoom.
