FAST Watchlist Needs daily high & low, plus daily chart.
Bart4bath on 2020-02-24
I do NOT care for the "Feeds." The best feature of Fidelity's regular website is it's stock "Snapshot" page. I hope you do NOT cancel it, as threatened. The same summary info should be available in the Mobil app. Especially helpful would be a one year chart with 15, 35 & 70 wk averages, as well as the ability to create, name and save you own favorite charts. NOTE: It should also include Weighted Forward Revenue Growth (RG) and Earnings Growth (EG), as well as Price to Revenue Growth (PRG) and Price to Earnings Growth (PEG). Analyst Consensus (as a contrary indicator) and Dividend Yield are also helpful. Finally, I appreciate that you've now fixed the display of stock charts in the iPhone watch list. These are very helpful. They should be shown in the iPad FAST Watchlist, as well, plus the daily high and low. 2/14/2020: A recent problem (since the last update) is instead of showing my current FAST watchlist, Fidelity’s iPhone app shows my watchlist from 4 or 5 years ago, leaving out many recently added quotes. This is only on my iPhone, as I get my current list from the landline. I spoke to a rep about this a few days ago.
App recommendation
needallthehelp on 2020-02-24
I use the app on my IPAD. I am so used to it I no longer like having to use the website. You can improve my experience if you would put some marker next to the ticker symbols that indicates you already own that stock. Like just a star. That would help when looking thru my watch lists and comparing how stocks I am following compare in current performance. I can always remember if I already own the stock that I see is doing well or poorly without having to go out from that list just to review my account holdings.
Bad update, what’s new won’t X out
Jeckabeck on 2020-02-24
Since the most recent update to 3.43.1.194, I can’t even open the app. The “what’s new” page comes up and does not respond to my tapping of the little X. I’ve quit the app, played around with network settings, and turned my phone off and on. I will uninstall the app and reinstall it and see if that fixes things, but I shouldn’t have to do that. Kind of ironic that a page saying “the lates version contains enhanced performance and bug fixes” is immediate buggy and renders the entire app useless...
Best place to invest
steveyYz19 on 2020-02-24
In the two years that have transpired since opening up a brokerage account, Fidelity has integrated revolutionary updates to their services that have dramatically change the way my ideal portfolio can be achieved. First will ZERO commission fees and then the game was again changed several days ago when they added the ability for split stocks. I immediately bought $50 of TESLA just because I could. They are changing the way SAFE investment tools can be used to create wealth.
Crashes! And....Useless "chatbot"
Colorado Technoid on 2020-02-24
Great--when it works. Lately (jan, feb 2020) the app is very unreliable on IOS. I've experienced lots of times when the app brings up partial account information. And about half the time it crashes outright, leaving me to log in again--and sometimes again. Also...The chatbot is utterly useless. It just wastes time and should be eliminated. Has it EVER given a correct answer to anything? Didn't this app used to be better? Please fix.
Update is Crap
JetTechMech on 2020-02-24
Latest version has decided to no longer let me access my account using Touch ID. Mind you Touch ID works fine with the Netbenefits app, but not the Fidelity Investments app. PLEASE FIX ASAP! ! ! I wish I knew what happened, as it was working find up until about two days ago, now it’s crap, keeps giving an ERROR message pop up that’s got nothing to do with my login. If there was a half a star rate, that’s what you would get.
Amazing Investment Firm
NurseMo48 on 2020-02-24
I’ve been with fidelity for 6 years now and they are a very secure investment firm. They will secure your accounts From IRA’s , 401K to Personal cash management .if there is a problem or if someone other than try to get your information, Fidelity team will call you personally for verification. The customer service Representative in all departments are great I’m happy with Fidelity..
Bug in app?
Sean Cutright on 2020-02-24
So far I do enjoy the fidelity experience .. but I’m not sure if it’s a bug or working as intended but every time you select the more tab in the app it prompts you to learn how they protect your personal and account information. It pops up every time you select the tab and every 3-5 seconds when perusing the tab . Very annoying
Taking it for granted
Jimmiis on 2020-02-24
I rely on this along with my desktop appmanaging my money whenever I want with decision assistance on a phone!!! I think our expectations outpace the miracles of progress. Great app and really amazing that we have this because I never saw Captain Kirk on Star Trek managing his portfolio on his tricorder. This is the future.
Fidelity Experience
Doc2231 on 2020-02-24
I’ve been with Fidelity for almost four years and they are without one of the best around. There’s someone available to help you 24/7 and they are very easy to do all of your investing with. There are no fees which is also a bonus and their app is very easy to use as well.
