THIS IS THE REVIEW YOU’RE LOOKING FOR
Anna (unique nickname) on 2020-08-07
This app, as of right now, is NOT worth $20 a month. Let me tell you what’s lacking. - First, I’m a dancer, and these workouts, even on beginner mode, are TOUGH. Since it’s set up to be used every day, I was thinking I’d be able to customize a nice little 10-20 minute daily workout to get done every day without getting a full-on, drenched in sweat workout. Not so. Like I said, even on the beginning setting, it’s a ~40 min sweat-filled, rather difficult workout. - Second, there is such limited ability to customize your workouts. Don’t like burpees? Tough. Some workouts have em, sometimes multiple times. You can’t select if you don’t like a certain workout move, which seems like a big flaw. You can’t even select workouts for bad knees or anything like that. The most you can do is tell the app if the workout you did was too hard and it will decrease the difficulty of ALL of the workouts, EVERY day. Hearing “all of the workouts” might be confusing to those who haven’t tried the app. Which brings me to my next point. - There is a severe lack of explanation to everything. Once you get your program, every day 3 or 4 workouts will pop up. Usually called “warm up,” “morning,” “strength,” and “cardio.” Sometimes one of those is replaced with face exercises?? But honestly, this is such a useless feature in my opinion. I really don’t want to get the oils from my fingers all over my newly-sweaty face, and I signed up for an exercise app. Anyway, there are 3-4 workouts per day, which either means they expect you to workout 2 or 3 times that day at different times, or you’re supposed to do them back to back. The thing is, aside from the warmup, the exact same exercises are in a lot of the categories. The “morning” routine is not a super light workout to get your day started, it’s just another full blown workout. With exercises you’re about to do again in another one. This makes no sense to me. - There are no tutorials for the different exercises. This seems like a massive flaw with potentially dangerous side effects. A lot of the app’s audience are new to intense workouts. Teaching proper form is so incredibly important, and that’s non-existent in this app. It’s also be good if instead of the app saying “keep going” or other things, if it gave form reminders like “back up!” or “make sure your knees are at a 90 degree angle!” That would make this so much safer and effective. - Finally, small things that bug me that are so fixable: The warm up exercise is at the bottom of the list- It only makes sense for it to be at the top since theoretically that’s the first thing you should be doing. If you’re using Spotify, every time you complete a workout it turns it off and you have to go start it again. For a lot of the workouts they don’t group floor and standing exercises together, so you’re randomly alternating between the two. This is just annoying and a waste of energy. All in all, had they offered a week trial (which they didn’t at the time of this review) I wouldn’t have purchased the month. You can find YouTube videos that essentially do the same thing for free. Hopefully they fix the things I’ve listed though! Then it might just be worth it.

PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW TO CHOOSE OTHER MEALS
karluey on 2020-08-07
I just purchased this app. I purchased the yearly subscription. I decided I was going to explore the app to see all it has to offer. At first everything seemed great, up until I got to the meal portion of it. It says there’s over 500+ meal plan offers. That’s incorrect & yes I’ve counted. 33 meals for breakfast, 33 for lunch, 33 for dinner, 63 for snacks. Not to mention, I CANT CLICK ON THE MEALS I WANT TO TRY. I’m not sure if there’s some kind of a glitch. It popped up once or twice for 2 of the meal plans; never again afterwards. I need someone to respond back to this, fix the bug or tell me what I’m possibly doing wrong besides clicking the meal I want. I’m down to try the workouts and give this app a try but if I need to go out of my way to find the recipe to the meals provided then it’s not worth my money. If this problem can get fixed, I’ll be more than happy to do an honest review after SUCCESSFULLY trying the FULL POTENTIAL of this app.

Provide positive ratings and effective comments to help App get more users to download.Search Optimization ensures that users find your app. upmobi.xyz(c.om) ,the largest source of service provider in the market!follow on sk-ype:Aso Master ( live:.cid.6306bf897c7485a7 ) to get fre trial! On the other hand, the approach taken by Google Play is more similar to SEO. Google extracts relevant keywords by specifying tags and scanning application descriptions. In this case, you can use a natural language oriented to the user with no more than 4000 characters. A recent study showed that the best number of keywords in the app store is 5 times, so you will most likely to increase the ranking of keywords. Too Much mention, almost no ASO effect at all, and it may also cause the loss of potential users.

Good concept, but....
thunderlana on 2020-08-07
Not sure how this app got so many good reviews. I did downloaded based on reviews. The concept is great, but many links do not work. Diet links with recipes do not work. Workouts are not well balanced and it feels like someone threw bunch of different workout videos together. Some exercises if not explained properly can lead to many injuries. I would not recommend this app (for beginners) based on my expertise in fitness and yoga/stretching. This app Can use much improvement , workouts have no breaks in between and too speedy. absence of flow.
Why program didn’t save data and asking me to pay again ?
smitaT on 2020-08-07
I paid for a yearly program and everything was perfect. But after the last update in iOS with the program, something happened and I had to fill out all the information back and pay again. How is this possible? It is not right. Why the program does not save data. I now have a ruined day and missed Training and withdrawing 2 times. Please return my money and make the program with the entrance, since it is not right to pay 2 times for the same program.

Would not recommend. Well you can excercise, but all the other promising things are not working . I am done with day 7 , FitCoach tells me „ I did 0 out of 30 days . When I complete my daily program , FitCoach is writing me I should complete my goal . Not encouraging at all .
