In app purchases are expensive. I signed up for the $5/ mo subscription for a year and received the full $60 charge. There is not an actual meal plan/shopping list in app. You have to select the meals and the ingredients are listed for the recipes. The exercise regimen are decent and they can be completed in home, that’s got to be worth at least 1 star. There is no knowledge center on exercise demonstrations though.
I think over all this product is lame. If the developer wants some feedback, I would Recommend providing users with the ability to create a weekly meal plan or select a weekly meal plan which comes with a shopping list or the ability to use a “quick list” at a grocery store to show up and purchase the ingredients for the meal plan weekly. Surely there is a side deal which can be made with the grocer for onboarding customers.
Second, workouts need to have a videos available in a knowledge library and compatibility to cast to smart TVs or Chromecast.
Third the app needs a chat/group component for individuals to support each other and their goals and to offer resources/how to’s to reduce the need of App support.
Fourth, weight limits and individualized exercise routines need to be unrestricted.
Dissatisfied 1/12/23
Whoa, it’s 2023 and it’s hard to believe that paid apps come with totally incredible glitches that instead of motivating people to truly work out end uo being a waste of time and energy. Even 2000’s aerobics dvd’s will be more coherent and useful than fitcoach. also, they DO NOT honor their customer satisfaction and guarantee and it’s been over 2 months that i’ve been trying to get my money back as i have found this app very complicated and non sensical to use. save yourself the time and money.
**** UPDATE: hilarious and quite offensive how they pretend to be following up these issues.
No, by replying here in a forced and dishonest polite way you guys are actually not solving the issue.
I obviously contacted your incompetent team and after 15 emails i decided to report this directly to my bank as none of you truly LISTENED my concerns and had a way to solve and mend.
absolutely not interested in dealing with this anymore again.
what a greatest disappointment having a “health” app playing with the mental health and stability of their clients.

I feel like this app is really helping me stay on track with my fitness goals, bc all the exercises are already planned for the week and I confident the app has chosen exercises I can manage. After each exercises I am asked about the difficulty, depending on the answer they give you an option for easier or more challenging exercises or stay the same.
It’s been about a week so far, and really having the exercises picked out saves me so much stress from researching exercises and trying to figure out which ones my body is capable of right now. There has only been one I looked up a modified version of.
Another awesome point, the exercises start by explaining how to perform it correctly and breathing techniques, there is encouraging comments throughout recording that makes me wonder if they can actually see me 😂 like it’ll say “you got it, that’s the right way to do it” right after I have adjusted my position. Timing is good for sure from commentor lol
Looking forward to getting in shape! 💕
This app has had bugs since I started several months ago. However this last update has made the app pretty much unusable. The countdown bar rarely ever moves then most of the time you have to manually advance to the next exercise after you time the exercise yourself. Then a lot of times the app freezes and you have to close it out and restart and then scroll through to find where you left off and hope it doesn’t freeze up yet again. I paid 69 dollars for something that I can hardly ever use the way it’s meant to. I canceled my subscription and won’t be renewing it when it runs out. I found an app that offers most of the same things however so far it runs flawlessly UPDATE: The app seems to be fixed now. Hopefully it will stay fixed with future updates.
Unfortunately, the app is very disappointing. I have tested it for 4 weeks now
- way too expensive, better apps offer that for half the price
- the billing practice is a disaster. The subscription is not to be seen in Apple subscriptions and is then simply debited, does not work at all. A different company name is used for the debit, the costs are doubled and the costs are completely non-transparent
- no real iPad support
- no description of the exercises, so there is a high risk of getting an injury
- no differentiation between beginner/advanced or women and men - programs wildly thrown together, 3 times the same warm up exercise makes no sense to me
- spam via notifications and emails
In short, fingers off and save your money.
I’m satisfied for the most part. Been using it for around 6 months and it has helped to achieve my fitness goals. However, I find it really discouraging when I’m in the middle of a workout, and app stops running. I have had to use YouTube videos to complete my workouts. Not sure if I’ll keep using it unless all those glitches get fixed.
Update: I received and email from
The developer asking me to contact the support team, which I cannot find in the app description as they suggested. Then I clicked on the “contact the developer” link in my email, but it takes me to the app website, and there’s nothing related to support or a menu. Just updating the review hoping the developer can read it and help me. :(
I am a naturally skinny person with bounds of energy. At 37 years old that doesn’t mean I am in shape, and am a novice. My lungs and muscles are weak, but I do build muscle and endurance quickly. This was the PERFECT app to get me moving every day. I can say after two weeks I am the max level for all the workouts, so while I will not be renewing the subscription and finding something a little more challenging, this app was immensely helpful for me. The clock and the timer on the workouts kept me motivated. The seconds between work outs allowed me the rest I needed, or time to put in a few more reps if not challenging enough. Long story short, thank you. I am impressed, and feel incredible.

I originally got this app and signed up for a three month period. Totally forgot about the renewal and honestly don’t even remember pushing auto renewal.. it feels like a total scam- after reaching out to the customer service team less than 24 hours after the charge asking for a refund- they refused the refund per their policy but were willing to offer free lifetime access to there app. Sketch much? Would not recommend buying a subscription from them, but if you use the app religiously and want to have free lifetime access then just cancel and ask for a refund! Money saving hack for those who can’t afford the price of this app like myself :) Cheers
