To make the long story short, if your order got lost or says it was delivered and it wasn’t FOREVER 21 will not reimburse you your sales price from your order. My order was suppose to go through FED EX some how it went through USPS MAIL and my mail lady never delivered it to my house I called Forever 21 and USPS and yes they did put an investigation out but basically Forever 21 is telling me yes they will give me the money back but the problem is I will not get my sales price if I want to re-order the merchandise I will have to pay full price. That’s BS! They should give me the sales price that I paid for and not have me have to pay full price all over again I asked if I could speak to a manager they’re telling me no one was available to speak with me I am so turned off right now with this website it’s not funny I spend a lot of money with them and for me to tell me that they cannot help me in that way is just rude and wrong! I didn’t want my money back all I wanted was for them to give a store credit with the same merchandise and give me the sales price that I had paid for it. They are SOOOOOOO FAST TO TAKE YOUR MONEY but when it comes to something like that they won’t help or even give you coupons to equal out the amount that I spent now if I choose to reorder it will cost me more than what I paid before and also I have to fill out a complaint form and have to return it back number one they should had never sent it through USPS MAIL it should had continued to go through Fed Ex why they started with Fed Ex and finished it off ON USPS IS BEYOND ME! Who wants to go through all of that filling out papers and having to resend it back and all that crap! So future reference if your package does not come in don’t expect to get the sales price if you got it on sale that day expect to pay the full price.....that’s horrible like I said there so quick to take your money but they won’t help you with the sales price that you bought that day. There ridiculous and I’m soooo disappointed it turns me off and not want to order with them anymore FOREVER 21 needs to stop being so dag on cheap and help their customers if they want to continue to have business. They say customers are always right well this time there saying I’m wrong and I’m still WAITING ON A SUPERVISOR TO CALL ME BACK FYI!!!!!!!
i couldn’t find where to send a feedback so i'm sending from here. I think it would be a great idea to have a voting section on the website and app and people could vote on what they would purchase. this way you guys will produce products your audience likes. I heard that some F21 stores were closing down and as a teen i know what my peers think about your store. some products on your website are not stuff young people would wear (teenagers) so this way you won’t sell things people don't like and you would make more money. Also personal tests can personalize your app to have things you like. Such as, asking their clothing style (edgy, casual, basic, etc) and this way the app/website will show more of their style on their main page. Points could also be used in the app/website. many online shops do these (romwe,shein) and by sharing about the deals or completing surveys the customers could earn points. every 100 points could deduct 1 dollar off their purchase. Another way to earn points could be by reviewing products (10 points for a review or 20 point for a review with photos) There could be giveaways where you guys could send products (30,50,100 dollars worth) to participants. Many people would join And they should have an account in order to participate. this will increase customers and cause people to look through the website more often. Thanks.
I ordered three items, I got the email that said delivered but I never received my items. F21 told me to call the delivery service they use and I did. After the delivery service did the investigation they said F21 needs to file a claim to proceed. I called them F21 said since I did not put my apt number on the summary report they couldn’t do anything since the package was delivered at the correct place. I told her I ordered through my app which does have my whole address I thought it would generate at check out. Jess the girl I talked to wasn’t budging kept saying the same thing. I asked to speak to a supervisor after being on hold she said she couldn’t talk to me because she she was busy with someone else. They don’t want to help me file a claim but yet they still want to charge me for the items. By far the worst customer service I have ever had!!! Maybe this is why you guys are going bankrupt I can see why. Will never shop here again.
I ordered a dress for new years on december 20, the tracking said it was delivered to my mailbox on the 26th. i checked the mail and nothing! i gave it some time and kept checking the mail everyday. it is now december 30, the day before i need the dress, and it’s still not here! i contacted customer service through chat twice and both times all they did was tell me to keep waiting. and i even tried calling customer service, and you can’t even talk to a human being, its automated. i was very upset with not receiving my dress and not getting helped by customer service. i love the forever 21 store, but if you want to order off the website or app, i suggest you reconsider. i’ve also looked at some of the other 1 star reviews and they all have something to do with shipping or customer service.
I ordered 2 pair of pants in a size 5 for my granddaughter and they sent me size 8.
I was told by customer service to send a picture and an email to them and they would send me a postage paid return label. They told me to re-order the correct size Which I did and I’ve received size 8 again. I’ve emailed them three times now and have no return label but was told to order again so for the third time I have two more pairs of pants in size 8 rather than the 5’s that I have been ordering. So now I have six pairs of size 8 pants. So far no response to any of my emails and no return label!!!!! What a waste of my valuable time!
I’ve been using this app for a long time now as it has always been so much more convenient. The new update however makes the app unbelievably complicated. It takes forever to find what you need, and you have to click on multiple things to get to a specific page. I can’t just go to “new arrivals” anymore and look at everything new that’s come in. Also the actual item info is just completely gone...no ratings or product information at all. No clue why they thought that would be a good idea. I’ll have to resort to using my computer for orders now, which means I’ll be shopping less because that’s not something I do often.
The site says packages are shipped within 24 hours, but I am waiting so long! My package was set to come January 3, I was happy with that, I just wanted it before school starts for me again, January 7. I barely was able to begin tracking my package today! And now it says it will get here January 10th! Well OVER 5-10 business days you said it would take! I understand there has been holidays, but I made this order several weeks ago! It should be here by the 3rd, ridiculous. I should’ve picked it up in store. And two items as well! Never ordering or shopping with you guys again.
I don’t think this company should sell close anymore. I have felt with eating for my packages to arise haven’t gotten an email about a refund for over almost a month know and waited for about three weeks to get anything about a refund. My packages get delivered all the way from los angelus witch is pretty far from where I live. Have to say wouldn’t recommend online shopping when you can’t put in a few number codes in your address cause it wouldn’t allow it. Like I said wouldn’t recommend especially for young adults.
The app needs work.. when you click on let’s say the “sales” promo ad, it gives you ALL of the sale. Jewelry, shoes, clothes etc. Your only options for filters are “most popular”, and “lowest / highest price first”. So if you’re looking for specifically athletic clothing or only jewelry, you have to sift through the hundreds of other irrelevant event items to find what you’re looking for. I love their clothing but the inconvenience of the outdated app makes me more unwilling to shop them.
So I downloaded the app and when I opened it it was all in Spanish and I was ok with that since I know Spanish I just thought it was kinda odd, but then when I looked at the prices they were all in Mexican pesos so I tried adding my address to see if that would change something but when I put my zip code it said they can’t ship to my zip code (they obviously can since I live in the U.S and I’ve ordered from their website before)
