Worked great for years. I’m literally just posting this in hopes for a response to see if this is an issue on my end or the app itself. I got a notification yesterday that the version of the app I have is no longer supported and needs to be updated. Well I proceed to do so, and it simply won’t update. Wifi, data, restarting my phone, deleting shortcuts to the app. I close the app and try to open it but it won’t open the app, nothing worked. So I deleted it in hopes to redownload and see if it fixed anything. Well, now I can’t download it again because it still has the square stop button to stop the update from before. Any help will be appreciated.
Keeps giving me error messages when I try to log in. It either says there’s an internal error or it’ll say that the request has timed out. I know my account works because when I swap over to the website I can log in no problem. Maybe if the app works I can leave an updated review, but as of now, this is the worst $3 I’ve ever spent in my entire life
This app is a literal waste of time and money. It never works there are always problems, I am never able to look at my schedule on it. I am confused how such a large platform can have such a buggy app when you have so many people buying it. Put the money into it to make it better. Because it’s trash right now.
I have an iPhone 6 Plus. The app no longer works with out updating to the new version of the app. why? The new version is for iOS 13 and above. The iPhone 6 Plus can not upgrade to iOS 13. The version of this app that worked fine, no longer works and I can not update.Terrible service.
Should be called HotGarbage. Sends error codes day after day, never loading anything during the day time when most people are trying to use the app. Better make sure to check when you work in the middle of the night, otherwise the servers are overloaded all day long.
I’m trying to update my availability but I can’t. Using the app when I’m done all it says is error “bad request 400”... And when I use a desktop, it’s confusing. But I did figure it out, HOWEVER In the slots all I see 12:00am - 12:00am. That’s not what I put!
I have used this app for the past 3 years and recently updated as suggested. Now it won’t even load and I can’t see my schedule at all. Please fix the bugs that the update was supposed to fix because all the update did was create more issues.
This is an app that people rely on for work and it is constantly crashing and sending error messages. Considering this is how my job fully communicates I think it should be a reliable app but it’s far from it.

Constant error messages and longest loading times. Good app when it’s working, but it feels like every day at least once I cant check my schedule. Irritating
