What is going on Kohl’s? It’s always something with the app!
You have to make 50 different passwords: one works on the app, one works on.com, one works blah blah blah. Why do you need so many different passwords another want to make a payment blah blah blah what is going on?
Just did the update and now the app doesn’t open at all!!! So frustrating. About to give up on your store – I’m tired of changing my password. No one seems to know how to fix it. They say it should all work on the app and.com and to make a payment etc. but it doesn’t.
At least I could open the app before this last update — February 2020! Now it just opens and freezes. What is the problem? I don’t have this problem with any other store!
There are other complaints but what difference does it make to state them. They don’t look at this stuff anyway because nothing ever changes!!! I’m only stating it now to get my frustrations out!!!!!!!!
I absolutely love the product lines Kohl’s carry, the reward program, the Kohl cash, the cleanliness of the store (Whittier), and the customer service. Kohl now carries top designers Nine West, Vera Wang and Jennifer Lopez. A variety at AFFORDABLE prices. I’m able to look and feel like fashionable and confident for a reasonable. Another department I absolutely love is the jewelry department. My husband bought me a beautiful Simply Vera ring, a diamond cross, Jennifer López watch and wonderful pieces there. The kids line offers a variety of styles and very age appropriate. We are able to help with school shopping for our grandkids. Thank you Kohl’s for serving our families needs.
I use this app a lot. It’s one of my most used apps. Although I just updated and now it won’t open. One feature I wish it had is a save for later feature. That way if you want to buy something through the app u can but without losing items you want to save. I like to save things in the cart to check the price for things I like and might want to buy. Something that’s not always easy to tell if items are in stock at kohl’s locations when looking them up on the app. I’m not trying to say it’s a bad app. It’s a good app but can be improved by adding more features like the ones I mentioned. Also I will change my rating once the app is fixed and I can open it again.
I like the Kohls Pay portion of the app, when it works. Unfortunately I am lucky if works 1 out of 5 or 6 times. The latest issue was the complete failure to apply the Kohls
Cash and 2 applicable offers I had selected to my transaction. Luckily, I reviewed my receipt before leaving the store. It was necessary to call the manager and have a post sale adjustment made. It was a significant amount involved. Also choosing the category of feedback in the app does not work. Nothing happens. So obviously, they don’t want feedback. A previous use of Kohls pay did not credit rewards points to the linked rewards account.
First off, seems crazy that your charge card acct and the regular kohl’s app aren’t combined. Second, this app barely functions on either my iPhone or iPad. Number keyboard doesn’t work in some positions so you have to type in numbers first then backspace around it to enter the alphabet. Also, capitalization sometimes doesn’t work. And last but not least, app doesn’t fill the screen correctly and won’t rotate when turning phone or iPad from portrait to landscape. Please fix! I’d love to give you money but you’re making it extremely difficult.
I have been bragging about Kohl’s app during holiday shopping season. I spent over $200 a month since last October. Suddenly, I hate it so much and I deleted this app. Because I spent 2 hours this morning to shoo in the app but I can’t save anything on List nor Pinterest. This link goes to invalid address as I can’t even save on my chrome browser.
I tried it again after reboot and install, still the same. Sorry to say, I’m done with Kohl’s. Not gonna shop online not in store until someone come to a solution. I’m gonna shop elsewhere who cares.
I was reviewing my account when I wanted to go back to look at the summary page. Instead of going back to the home screen it took me out of my account and would not let me log back in. Instead the app kept telling me I had not logged out. But again I had no way to go to the screen in which to log out. This is very frustrating since, this leaves my account open to hackers. I totally deleted my app and will call to close my account. Kohl’s needs to review there app process to ensure more user friendly.
Absolutely ridiculous. The app doesn’t stay where you left off. I was browsing through the kids clothes looking for my children and I back out of the app DID NOT CLOSE IT!! to text my husband and when I switch back to the kohl’s app everything I was just looking at is gone. When I switch back and fourth from the Walmart app to text messages or anything else it stays on what I’m looking at.... really ridiculous to have to do all that nonsense all over again.
They are the worst to deal with if you make a late payment accidentally. Most cards you can call them and an agent will help you, not so with them. They may waive the late fee, but they say they cannot change amount due for next payment, which will be very high, since the error. EVERY OTHER CREDIT CARD I HAVE CAN FIX THAT!!! KOHL’S NEEDS TO COME OUT OF THE DINOSAUR AGES!!! This is truly my worst credit card and I will get rid of it FIRST!!!
For years now I have dealt with Kohls and the app to pay my credit card!! Worst app ever and I am really thinking about letting the credit card go because of the HUGE pain it is to simply get onto the app to pay also the store wants cash if you pay it at the store!!!! Enough is Enough Kohls pay attention, I have tried all morning to get on to the app to pay my bill and can’t the app is a mess and for years no one has done anything!! ☹️☹️
