Application to mirror the screen and audio of your iPhone or iPad to your Roku. This can be any Roku Streaming Player, Roku Stick or Roku TV (from Hisense, TCL, Insignia and Sharp)! You can mirror any app on your iPhone or iPad to your Roku. In using the app, there will be a couple of seconds of latency (usually between 1 and 3). So this mirroring is not suitable for gaming. However, it is very suitable for watching movies, giving presentations, watching photos, and much more! How the app works: 1. Make sure that your iPhone or iPad is connected to the same local network as your Roku. Don't use multiple VLANs, a VPN or subnets. 2. Launch the Mirror for Roku app. It will start looking for your Roku(s) on your local network. When a Roku Player, Stick or TV is found, please select it. When you use this app for the first time, your Roku will go to the Mirror for Roku install page. Select Add Channel to add the Mirror for Roku receiver on your Roku. 3. Turn on notifications for this app. We will not spam you, but we will use this to let you know if your Roku is working correctly or not. So please, please allow it, otherwise when things don't work as they should, you are left in the dark. 4. Click on Start Mirroring to start mirroring on the Roku that is currently selected. After that, you can just go to any other app on your iPhone or iPad and the mirroring just continues to run. 5. To stop mirroring, there are two options. (1) click on the red top bar that you will see on your iPhone or iPad. (2) Go to the Mirror for Roku app and click on Stop Mirroring. Limitations and known issues: 1. Audio - When screen mirroring from Safari, there is no audio. We advice to use the Dolphin Mobile Browser (free on the App Store) instead of Safari. - Sometimes audio from other apps is not playing. In this case, start a screen mirroring session, then open the app you want to mirror. If there is no sound, just close the app you are mirroring and re-open it in the same mirroring session. 2. DRM Some apps don't allow screen mirroring. For instance Netflix: when you start screen mirroring when running the Netflix app on your iPhone or iPad, the TV screen will turn black. This is a choice that Netflix made, there is nothing that we can do about that. Not Worth $5

I bought this app so I can do home workouts during this time. It takes about 5-6 tries for it to work, buffering constantly, and it’s not surprising for it to crash multiple times. It’s not my internet connection because I’ve checked it time and time again. When it does want to work, there’s anywhere from a 10-30 second lag. I have to do one swipe at a time to get to the next screen-if I swipe more than once to get to an app, it immediately buffers and crashes. Not worth the money and more infuriating than anything.
Good, but blacks out occasionally

I use this to put my workouts up on my Samsung TV from my iPhone. It works great for the most part, but every once in a while the video blacks out for a few seconds while the audio continues. Other than that, I love it. It’s easy to use. As someone else noted, make sure the volume is turned down all the way on your phone and let the TV volume do the work. This app has saved me a lot of aggravation trying to get my workout apps to play on the TV. Well worth the five bucks!
Waste of Money - Does Not Work
cradv22 on 2020-04-10
I was very hopeful when I found this app. Needed a way to airplay to my Roku TV without going through Apple TV as my Apple TV’s are getting better use in other rooms. This app mirrors the screen and allows the playback and sound to continue in your device which makes it very disruptive when watching something. There are free apps that do the exact same thing. At $4.99 this app is a complete ripoff. I can’t believe Apple allows them to sell this.
Waste of your Money
MUSICLOVER313 on 2020-04-10
I purchase this app since it came from Roku internal app AD. Was easy to set up but when I tried to screen mirror from my IPhone, it only tranfers the audio to my TV but doesnt not transfer the video to my TV. Video keeps playing on my phone and audio is on my TV. Im using Roku TV so it should work seamlessly but definitely this app was just a waste of my time and money. I will just watch directly from my phone. What a waste and a Scam
No annual fee like tomorrow mirror app

Easy to install if you just follow prompts. You do need to make sure you know your PIN number for Roku before you add as a channel, but other than that pretty straight forward. Expect a couple seconds delay , but I believe that is pretty standard with screening. Was able to download and use on IPhone pretty well. Still checking out if all apps work but looks good so far. Help service on Facebook really good response time
Thanks for Easy Install

The adage, “You get what you pay for” definitely applies to this app. Like several other users, I tried the recommended app and some others. With one, all I got was a green screen. NONE of the apps worked, until I purchased this one. Haven’t used it the way I intended yet, but install, tv connection and projection were seamless and easy. No convoluted instructions or need to research. Great app
Worthless app, waste of 5 dollars

App rarely makes it more than 2 minutes without mirrored content being interrupted by a buffering error. It typically does NOT recover in this case, you need to go back to phone and re-initiate mirroring. My iPhone and the Roku are on the same wifi LAN, both with all bars of signal strength, and no other apps on this Roku or iPhone have any issues with local or internet connectivity.
Keeps pausing and buffering
JJBuketz on 2020-04-10
I bought this app so I could screen shows streaming on my iPad onto my TV. It does screen my iPad but then every 30 secs it pauses and buffers (while the show is still playing on my iPad) for like 10 sec before skipping back ahead which defies the whole purpose. It’s like buffering a show with terrible internet. Nothing more frustrating. Save your money and find another app.
Well Worth $5

If you follow the advice given in the description, you will love this app. So far, it works wonderfully! There is a bit of a lag, but it is not bothersome. You can mirror whatever is on your device’s screen. I tried or considered other apps, but they were very expensive ($40!) or worked terribly. This is by far the best $5 I have spent all year!
Horrible app, horrible service
DisneyLandV on 2020-04-10
9 out of 10 times there is a HUGE lag between video and audio even over a really high speed internet. To add to this, there isn’t any instruction on how to unsubscribe this app. It doesn’t show up on my App Store under my my profile in the subscribed apps. Customer service is through Facebook messenger and hasn’t been responsive.
