Used to be better
Ksmcclin on 2020-01-27
I recently downloaded this app again after not using it for quite some time, and I used to look up games I went to as a child that I need to look information up on again, but have noticed I can no longer edit/update this information as I have in the past. I already wrote the MLB Support page within in the app, and after some internet searches, I noticed this currently is a feature they’re still trying to restore for 2020. It’s disappointing that what I used to find useful about this app is no longer the case and no resolve seems to be in the near future. Disappointing.
Not getting my tickets
Jasonytdvhurdvvdjhx on 2020-01-27
Last night I bought a ticket from the mlb website. It told me my ticket was available on the ballpark app. It asked me what my mlb teams were and I put them in. When I went to look for my tickets they weren’t in the account. I used the same email to sign up with ballpark that I did to purchase my tickets. I have tried everything possible. I even deleted the app then redownloaded it. When I tried logging back in after deleting the app, it said that my account didn’t exist... I paid $80 for tickets and now I am unsure if I can even go to the game now...
Where are my tickets?
Telejug on 2020-01-27
Great to see historical records back, still need to be able to add old games as I find out which I have been to. BUT now, I’ve purchased tickets for three 2020 games but they are not showing in my wallet. Purchased 4 days ago. NEVER had this problem before, even when I purchased tickets from other teams. Account has been linked for years. Purchased through Ticketmaster (White Sox site sends you there) and in past this worked great/ automatically. What changed ?
Trouble accessing app
sister pumpkin on 2020-01-27
I bought a ticket for Nationals Winterfest and downloaded the Ballpark app as requested. But once I logged in I can’t find where the ticket is. Do I access The App Store every time I want to get into Ballpark? Please send steps on what I do next.
Improved but not 100%

They’ve fixed a few things but they need to add in the ability to add previously attended games. For whatever reason it didn’t count two games I went to in 2019 and I’m still not able to add those.
Why is this app required
Dwils94 on 2020-01-27
Genuinely one of the most frustrating and least intuitive apps I've ever had to use. The fact that the Mlb requires using this for tickets is obnoxious
Cool Today Park

I purchased tickets for 2/27 game Braves vs Cardinals. Tickets have yet to show up in my wallet. Frustrating app! Help!
Works with Wallet?

Can’t figure out how to get tickets from MLB wallet to Apple Wallet.
Why is it another app

I think this app would be cooler if it was apart of the at bat app.
401 glitch
BaconStapler on 2020-01-27
