Total System Failure

I understand that Covid is causing Disney to reimagine much of their business. However launching a park reservations system that is a complete failure from the moment it launches is not creating any sort of magical experience for anyone. I am DVC, AP and have logged over 100 trips from 12+ hours away to “The Magic Kingdom”. I have hotel reservations and valid parking admission for my family and have spent 4 hours attempting to access this new system to have Stitch tell me he ate it, the Seven dwarfs tell me they are working on it, to space Mountain telling me I’m almost in orbit and have gotten no where but irritated and questioning why I hand Disney THOUSANDS of $$$ each year! Get the system right before you launch it.
Upcoming Reservation With No Way to update annual Pass

I have a week reserved in September at Fort Wilderness and Annual passes that expire in a July. I have attempted to call in to renew to no avail. So I am stuck with a resort reservation, expired annual passes and no way to make reservations to any of the parks for the entire week! Latest recording after I attempted to call 53 times.... very busy call back next week! Today is last day to make park reservations prior to opening to non pass holders. Would love to know what recommendation you have!
Hotel reservations

I find it unbelievable that I could have a reservation at a hotel and possible not have access into the park. Let’s face it, hotels and tickets are expensive enough. It saddens me that I took a lot of time and effort to plan the best and need I say expensive vacation for my grandchildren for Disney to remove all our my meal reservations
Maze of disaster

This app is overly complicated and a disaster to navigate. Nothing is where it’s expected and it seems you need to use websites to complete parts that don’t exist in the app. Profile changes are not working. The happiest place on earth is likely to destroy my relationship as I melt down using this hot garbage app. Thanks Disney.
Park Reservation System

Have spent more than 6 hours total holding while calling Disney phone lines, tech support, resort info. Of the three customer service and tech support reps, no one has been able to help. Unable to complete park reservations for dates of our stay despite countless attempts and phone calls. Extremely frustrated.

I’ve tried everything I know to make reservations into the new park system, no way to do it online, no way to call by phone, nobody to chat with, no way to get into my account and now I’ve been locked out. I NEED HELP. I NEED to talk to a real person on the phone. Phone number 432-528-2909
New “park ticket” system is awful

Disney could have done MUCH better in creating a process to book tickets for parks. It’s way too confusing. We’ve been struggling to get tickets reserved for the entire stay we already have booked in September. I’m being patient, but I really expected better from Disney!
Annual Passholder Not Able To Reserve

The systems are crashing. I was for over 3 hours waiting to speak to someone and the call magically dropped. Online it says my passes have expired but they have not! On the App my passes show up to date but I cannot male reservations for the parks through the app.
Up coming vacation

Checking out the new app for Disney. So fun I’m already to go and experience a day of Magic it’s been a long wait looking forward to our visit being we missed our May date. But will need to wait for our black out dates to go by so hope to see everyone in October.

It’s slow. Doesn’t run well on wifi. It glitches. For such a large and company the customer service is lacking. We are on hold for hours!!!! Different info from each person on the same matter. It’s confusing. It’s not user friendly. Disney needs to change this.
