I’ve been a customer with Netflix for 10+ years, same account, same plan (basic). About 6 months ago my account changed from basic to premium, with no heads up. I called customer service to ask them about why there was an increase for the service when I noticed, since I hadn’t changed my plan since it was created. Customer support was unhelpful and hard to understand. The customer service representative also basically called me a “liar” stating it wasn’t possible to have Netflix prior to 2019. Well ok then, how about you refund me for the last 8 years since it wasn’t “possible” to have Netflix prior to 2019, weird that I can look at my bank statements and see charges from a service that apparently didn’t exist up until two years ago. Hmmmmm, strange lol. Like what the heck, you call loyal customers liars for subscribing, then change the customers plan without their knowledge and outsource customer so there is a language barrier, making sure any contact made will certainly be frustrating.
Good job Netflix; surcharge customers, hire customer service that are grotesquely unknowledgeable about the company the work for, and then blame the customer.

I don’t want the constant re-appearing message on that asks me if I want to continue watching something after every 2 episodes. I want it to play continuously until I stop it. Don’t try to act like it’s for my own good because I won’t lose my place. You let me decide that, after all I am the one paying you aren’t I? You can leave the “are you still watching” message as an option for people who are worried about overusing data or losing their place, but you have to give me the option to get rid of that. Every time I ask about this? People say I can turn off auto play and it’s like a slap in the face, because obviously you aren’t listening. I want it to autoplay the next episode without EVER stopping and asking me if I want to keep watching. What’s so difficult to understand about that?
I get a subscription just to watch an Anime.
After watch the season 1, 2, on the episode 3 of season 3 Netflix just like nothing without any kind of notification Netflix just decided to remove the Spanish audio from the settings.
I know in this life nothing is free; specially when you are talking about copyrights.
Probably Netflix has issues to get the rights to stream the Spanish audio.
But he hey a notification or something like that should be good.
So by the moment I already reported the title to Netflix support.
I don’t know if was a Bot or a real person who I was talking with.
But after make a report 72 hours ago I am still waiting for an answer if Spanish audio will come back soon or it will not.
Im a person who loves most Beyblade shows and yugioh shows too so when I saw how much they cut it I was very angry and it was not cool on how they did it like Yugioh had like 5 seasons and now it’s just one and they count out the original Beyblade and half of Beyblade evolution which kinda made me angry and I also love power rangers so when I also saw my favorite show of power rangers cut out of netflix I was in a fury of rage because I love Mystic force it is like the best version of power rangers (my opinion) I think instead of adding dumb stuff like “Cocomelon” and other dumb shows, Just put back the shows we like it would make us happy to see them again.
Trailers of unrelated shows I am not at all interested in should not play after I’m finished watching something. Only the next episode in a series should play next and if it isn’t one then it should go back to the series page.
Unfortunately Netflix prizes keeping video playing constantly over user experience. They don’t have anyone on staff with the brains to make a decision that is user friendly if it is compromising their screen time metrics. Thankfully they work with people who create good shows and movies because they’re idiots who pioneered the field and don’t even have the best app on the market.
Whenever I download something I can’t delete it through the app I have to go into the phone and decipher in some cases what to delete. I said decipher because sometimes the files aren’t labeled by the name or episode number they are just given a number. To make matters worse there is usually five or six failed downloads at least all taking up space and never getting deleted and I have to go through at least once a month otherwise an app that I barely use 10 hours a week takes up more than 15 GB
Why can’t you just bring back airplay? I don’t want to get a Chromecast because I don’t like Google and my TV has airplay built-in already. I don’t wanna use your terrible Netflix app on the TV I would rather just airplay directly from my iPad to the TV. I know you an apple have a beef but like I’m the customer and it’s a terrible user experience. Your shows have gotten lackluster over the years and I’ve probably canceling play subscription to get Disney+ and Hulu over keeping Netflix
The new layout is trash… I get no notifications on things I am interested in but instead hot and new? Every thing listed I have 0 interest in… fix this please! Also if you want to find your notifications they hid it the same place they hid “my list” for anything you've saved to watch , just click on the user icon… just dumb the two most commonly used tabs being hidden instead of being on the Home Screen or hot bar of app…
I LOVE NETFLIX SO MUCH but what will make my love it even MORE would be if you creators kept the anime tv show BNA “Brand New Animal” on Netflix forever PLEASE Another thing is that you creators could put on Netflix on each movie or show if you want to BUY this certain movie or show you like permanently so it does not go away forever. Either way just PLEASE DONT GET RID OF BNA “Brand New Animal” I LOVE this app forever
So…can you guys make seasons and stop deleting shows? I want some new seasons one sailor moon crystal but other people want more seasons on other shows also about deleting stuff you deleted flowering heart just cause a few people watch it doesn’t mean the other people watch things also if your reading this for fun don’t judge me for the shows I like.
