I have been a customer with netspend since 2014 and in 2019 I was switched to netspend all access I have had many problems with disputes with ATM actually taking my money and when I waited for my money to come out the machine I received nothing, so I thought it was me making a mistake and I tried it again I was very disappointed because they had removed the little of money I received from Ssi and when I spoke to the owner of the store all he had to say was maybe I didn’t have no money in my account and I was so historical and then the owner said call the number that was on the ATM and I did so then when the ATM company picks up they try to sell me a machine and the person said that they couldn’t do anything about that, so finally I call the netspend agent and with In 15 minutes speaking to them I had received the 2 deposit that the ATM removed and still the agent was still kind enough to put in a dispute case and I received the outcome and they had told me that I had won the case. But remember I had told you In the beginning my money was returned and filling that dispute I was given back the ATM fees, and a 20.00 over draft fee. So when ever I have a problem I call the agent and they willing to help you receive your money back and with this new all access if you have no money in your account and you don’t owe anything netspend is willing to release money and all you have to do is pay it back with in 30 days . I myself really depend on netspend all access because they have been there for me from the beginning until today and I would love to say, Thank you to the agents for putting in their best work ahead of them again Thank you so much Netspend All Access and keep improving this great card.

**UPDATE** never got an email back to acknowledge my issue with the app, can’t even access using Safari. Guess it’s not Apple friendly, sure would’ve liked to know!** I’ve had Netspend awhile now, maybe like 4 years or so. Never had any issues. I recently downloaded the app on my iPhone, I logged in, saw what I needed to see and logged out. So last night, I wanted to check my balance. I logged in with my correct credentials, I get to see the randomized pop up ad that either gets dismissed or used and then I get a white blank screen. I proceeded to try logging in five more times, same result. I wrote an email and was told I would be responded in three business days. I even tried to access my account on Safari and it accepts my credentials and proceeds to load yet another white screen. My husband downloaded the app on his own iPhone and he is able to access the account. Anyone else have this issue??? If so, please respond with any troubleshooting methods!

Who charges a person money to spend their own money??? I hate netspend and as soon as my stimulus is posted I am closing my account because I definitely do not feel like a valued customer. Netspend should be paying back all the money they charged people just to spend their own money. My stimulus has been deposited for two days now and still pending. Horrible business! They’re not even letting me post this comment so it looks like I have to at least put 2 stars for it to post, ugh wow I honestly did not even want to give them 1 star, they don’t even deserve that. They’re trapping customers to rate higher. Bet u it’ll post once I give em another star

I received a gift card didn’t know there was a time frame to use and activate, I tried activate the account I was informed that since I didn’t use it for 90 days I was charge a fee of a total of $40 and I still couldn’t use the balance because the card wasn’t activated. How can a company charge a fee for an account that had not been activated? FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! Also horrible customer service, instead of helping me they transferred me to the automated system or left me on hold for at least 25 minutes, I got tired of waiting for serval times and hung up.

Never had problems until recently. Now every time I try to log in to my account on the app or on the website it just shows a blank white screen. Doesn’t matter how long I wait it doesn’t change. When I called to ask about it the lady I spoke to had absolutely no idea what I was trying to explain to her or how to help. That was weeks ago. I hoped the problem would just fix itself as I’ve tried everything I can think of and it’s still not working. Seriously considering getting a new bank account.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BANKING SERVICE. I got my card for the stimulus and they won’t accept ANYTHING I submit to prove my identity and keep looping me around. I called and waited 2 hours just for someone to talk to me for 2 seconds then put me BACK ON HOLD. WHAT IS GOING ON. I’ve never had such trouble trying to “verify my identity” at a bank every before yet they’re saying “every bank does it”

This does not work do not get this card. The customer service does not work. They will steal youre money it won’t activate your card. At one point it will say that your account has been locked. And then it will say thaf something went wrong and they put a number but the number does not work please do not get this card if you don’t want to get your money taken away.

I want to deposit a check into my account. The website on my phone said I have to use the app but opening the app I see what I’m guessing is a prompt looks like 2 buttons and a x in the upper right. Pressing any of these does nothing so can’t use the app. I see the same prompt on the website but refreshing gets me past it there

I've been with them for years with no problem. I switched from and Android to iPhone and now I can't upload my checks it keeps bringing up the message about ingo and it doesn't go away. Everything else on the app works fine except uploading checks. Very frustrating. I have an iPhone 11
