I moved and tried to make a purchase through the app. I verified my address was correct TWICE before I purchased items. Then I noticed the delivery address reverted to my old address on the confirmation screen...this address is 4 hours away. I called immediately to cancel or reroute the order. The customer service rep said they can “try” to cancel it but it’s not a guarantee.
It literally had not even been put into a box to be shipped at that point. I called within 10 minutes of placing the order.
Upon investigating I found a bug. You have to update your address in the saved addresses area. No address changes you make in the payment and shipping portion of the app will be saved.
ALSO, the app doesn’t communicate with the website. I keep deleting bad information in multiple locations. It’s insane to me that there is h this level of conflict!!!
I’m done with Old Navy. It’s pretty apparent that they are using a drop-ship method. The app is just a storefront but online items are being ordered from another country. That’s the reason they are unhelpful to cancel. And the fact that they can’t manage their data input is infuriating.
Save yourself the trouble and shop with amazon.

Just as in TRUE reality fashion, the ever-so darling "Housewives" have found an almost perfect way to cope with various mental challenges, but I live in the South, meaning there's not nearly enough wine 4 my troubles- so, I substitute,as needed, with herbals!!

I love to shop Old Navy. I like their sales and variety of clothing. I do have a problem with the app saying that an item is not in stock at store when it is. I have been to the store and have tried on clothing that the app said was not in stock?? It clearly was because I had it in my hand. I also don’t get why sometimes they have clothing on sale and coupons online but not in store. I would buy more if there wasn’t these issues.
I really love this App. I have online shopping. It’s really easy to navigate and it provides me with the I’m new items as well as what is on clearance. It provides you with what’s on sale. If you haven’t downloaded this app, you need to because it’s shopping with ease online as well it has the option to pick up at your stores location. I highly recommend this.
Old Navy...you can’t sell me stuff if your app won’t let me sign in to my account.
The most basic function of a retail app is really to let you log in so you can spend money. If that isn’t working, nothing else matters.
Flagged for “random” security measure. Required to contact my bank. Waste of my time and incredibly inconvenient. Attempted to resolve with customer service. Complete apathy. Zero customer retention skills.
One of the easiest clothing store apps there is. Easy access and log in to your credit cards (if you have) and the ability to make and schedule payments, and an overall good shopping app.
The old navy app never lets orders be placed. It’s so frustrating because you’ll try to place an order and the app won’t let you check out until the deal you were trying to get is over.
Can not open them. They say something went wrong to refresh! Refreshed and it says access denied, yet other companies I can open. I have a new model iPhone up to date.
The face recognition doesn’t always show up as an option even though I have it saved it my settings. Wish that could work a little better (or every time) Thank you!
