I was very skeptical about ordering anything from Shein, but I thought it wouldn’t hurt to try once so I went ahead and did it. I AM GLAD I DID! My closet is getting full with the cutest clothes. I’ve gotten so many compliments on what I’ve bought. Some of the stuff I’ve bought looks like it came from a nice boutique and looks like it costs more than it does. I was very surprised with the material of the items I bought. It was nicer than I expected! **I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE JEWELRY** You can get so many pieces because the prices are great! **I ALSO LOVE THE SWIMSUITS!!** I’ve always had trouble finding swimsuits that fit me because I have wide hips, but these swimsuits are awesome and the material feels like some of the more expensive ones I’ve bought! And they’re sooo cute!! The shipping can take long (like 3 weeks), but it’s definitely worth it to wait!! Sometimes my orders have came in a lot earlier (about 1 week)! I also love that you can earn points and use them on what you buy! It helps you get more stuff and save money!! Just make sure you •read the reviews• on the items and •get your measurements correct• and read them so you get the right size! I highly recommend shopping with Shein!
I wanted to love this app...
Prices are affordable, products seem cute/stylish, enjoy the daily check in points, but it’s been over a month and still have NOT received my order. Unfortunately there’s also no update on my tracking status which adds to the frustration. Hoping I won’t regret my decision of falling for this popular app after the month plus wait?
After 3+ weeks, e-mailing me there’s going to be a longer shipping delay with still no tracking update, and bribing me with an extra 200 non-expiring bonus points, doesn’t satisfy my desire to purchase in the future or keep your app much longer.
**Update after the month+ wait, my package ended up lost. I personally will not recommend this app to anyone!
Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed!
I love ordering clothes from this website. Clothes are always great and I have never had an issue with my package until recently. I ordered some clothes and I received all of my tracking information. It was supposed to be delivered a couple days ago and now won’t give me a delivery date for my package. As I have contacted the carrier they mentioned that my package has not been sent out by the company and have been waiting for it as they have a label created for the package. I have tried contacting customer service and I have no response. I would love to speak to someone further about my issue or get my money back at least. I don’t want to give up this store but if I can’t resolve my issue I am afraid I will have to. Please help me!!!
I am in LOVE with this app! As a teenage girl I like clothes. I also like shopping in general. When I place my orders I want to have them as soon as possible. SHEIN definitely reached my expectations. Though it may say that my order would be delayed in processing by a couple days and may arrive close to the next month or even next month, due to the pandemic, my orders were received in nearly two weeks AFTER I order. This is definitely a relief because I don’t have to wait a month to get my things. I recommend this app. The packaging is great and the quality of the items ordered are AMAZING! I’ll definitely be using this app for a long while.
My order was delayed due to COVID-19 and I understand why is taking really long to be delivered. However, it’s been almost two months since I purchased my clothes and I’m getting concerned because I can’t get a refund. I try contacting customer service but it’s like talking to a computer. It is useless. I hope they don’t steal my money. This was my favorite online store by the way. But I guess it’s not anymore. I do NOT recommend this app during COVID-19.
Absolutely amazing shipping experience!! I love all the features, Shein does an amazing job and most of my wardrobe is filled with the Shein brand! The only problem- if you don't pay for express shipping... It is very slow. I wish I could rate the app 4 and a half stars because everything else but the shipping and minor clothing defects on some clothing (read reviews to avoid). Besides that, I love this app the most!!
Shein is so amazing! I love the app because you get points for buying and checking in. The point system is like 3 points= $0.03 or like 100 points= $1.00 it really adds up when you apply it to your purchase. The shipping was quite fast, right now not so much because of the pandemic but that is completely fine and understandable. The stuff on the site is better quality than expected. I love everything I bought from there!
This is literally the worst experience of my life. I ordered my items at the end of April and it is now May 26 and haven’t even gotten anything while my packages has been in the area since May 6. I’m 100% disappointed and will never order from this place again. This has ruined my whole vacation while I spent good money on my items yet I have to go buy more bc my items arent even being taken care of or sent to me!
I really like Shain but they need to do something about customer service because is so hard to actually find out what’s happening without speaking with someone, I made a purchase the 25 of April and still haven’t get it I have buy more after and I haven’t had any problems, I been checking on usps and it only said that a tracking number was created on April 29 that’s it no more info after this and I want to know!
I love this app so so much. The prices are cheap and the clothes are so cute. And there are so many good things about this app however, this app should include more toys for kids and they should allow you to use more than just 70 points. But they do have many coupons that you can use including your points and they always have a sale. So, I highly recommend this app for your daily cute and cheap clothes.
