Retrospec is a real class act!!

I am so pleased with this company!! My daughter told me she wanted a longboard for her birthday. A friend of her had a Retrospec board and referred my daughter. The site is beautiful and instantly makes you want to be that active, cool person that owns everything on the site. I will be honest, a lot of the items were out of stock , but allowed you to be emailed when they were available. I put myself on a list for the longboards and was emailed a few days later letting me know they restocked. I jumped to the site and was able to purchase the long board. I wasn’t able to get the helmet to go with it, however. I again placed myself on the list for availability and was able to order it the next day. On my long board order I immediately received confirmation and a potential delivery date. On the helmet order I didn’t. I waited a few days , the emailed a general inquiry asking about a tentative delivery date. To my pleasant surprise they actually called me to let me know that the item was in stock and on its way!!! It’s sad that I’m shocked, but businesses just don’t do that anymore. I am beyond happy with this small, but customer oriented company. The quality of their items is outstanding and they really seem to care about their customers. A customer for life!!!!

Shop has revived features like editing the display name, the “view order email” option, and the swipe to archive or mark as delivered! For those who haven’t tried this app - it’s great! It organizes ALL of your shipments, regardless of vendor or delivery service. If you’re considering trying it out - do it! To the app developers: when shipments are updated automatically from emails, the app recognizes “Amazon Logistics” as the delivery service. However, when adding manually, this is not an option, and so the shipment can’t be saved and added. Could you please update this? Additionally, recently it takes longer than usual for the app to recognize tracking numbers from my email. Sometimes it’s several days, and I try to add myself (which works, except when it’s coming through Amazon Logistics!) Can this be fixed?

I was looking forward to using Shop/Arrive while anxiously awaiting for my package. Unfortunately, and so far, it hardly tells me anything and it doesn’t update in real time. I receive real-time updates from the original source such as UPS and it seems as though I’m better off using their package tracker from the email link instead of this app. UPDATE: 3 hours later and it is still saying “Ready to ship” when the UPS app and another app called ParcelTrack both show my package as “In transit”. I will be sticking with those and deleting Shop. June 4th Update: I saw the app had an update so I thought I’d try it again, hoping it would work this time. Nope. the app ParcelTrack was able to fetch the tracking info immediately - not Shop. It’s still saying “Waiting for details”.

At first i was kind of skeptical getting this app putting in stuff like my tracking information for my package. I learned about it scrolling through comments on instagram and someone suggested this app as an alternative for a tracking system already put in a clothing app i ordered from. Shop makes me excited to order more items as i get to see where it is at any time. Not only is it fun, it’s very accurate! This app updates before the app i originally bought the clothes from does! The layout is very easy to understand and it super easy to add orders. You can give the orders a custom name and all you need for tracking is your tracking number (obviously), and your carrier. (ex; usps or fedex). I will definitely continue to use this app and suggest it to others.
Doesn't accept VOIP numbers in the year 2020

Boomers really just need to retire from technology altogether. It's amazing that they haven't caught on that VOIP phone numbers are a CURRENT technology that people use. My number is Google Fi but these geriatrics don't seem to understand that VOIP is used in the real world. This company needs to hire YOUNG people that understand that dial phones and landlines don't exist any more. The irony is that VOIP is AT LEAST 20 years old. That's how old and out of touch these developers are. Time to get the young bucks in to show you how it's done! Sorry, sad and pathetic! ONE STAR!!!

I bought this because it looked cool. & with this covid pandemic it would be cool to have a Harley mask. I am a motorcycle enthusiast. It took over a month to get it & the Harley emblem isn’t lined up. Can’t even read Harley Davison or motorcycles. Cheap thin material cheap velcro. Print is tiny compared to the picture. If your going to wait so long to get something at least make the quality good. Something you are going to be happy you waited so long for. Harley should sue these people for messing up their logo. Fellow biker don’t waste your time or money on this garbage.

Couldn’t shop just be made into another app? Arrive was more simple and easier use because it was more organized but with this new app, that is not the case. It’s more confusing, there’s too much going on and it’s poorly organized. There were like 5 different orders on my Amazon account and since the update, I have to tap though each order to see if which is mine when it ships though UPS or USPS. I prefer the old app, Arrive. It was much better and I believe Shop wouldn’t be better as a stand alone app and not as a tracking app.

The app itself works fine. However, as a customer of some brands that use Shopify as their hubs I find it very frustrating to have to download a second app and create yet ANOTHER account to track my package. If I’m checking my order status online it sends me a link to download the app. The user experience of Arrive, where I previously could look at it on my computer and didn’t have to create an account, or UPS or any other tracking service was much preferred over this.

Notice about tracking one particular order was e-mailed to me. It said I could track the order with this app. It said NOTHING about a charge. I looked at the info about the app and saw NOTHING about a charge. When I pulled it down, it said payment accepted (or something similar). I still don’t know what I paid, but I paid something. WHAT A RIPOFF. Don’t even think about it. Robbery.
Great but still room to improve

This is a great app for tracking many of your package deliveries. It would be great in the future to see an iPad version of the app, as well as the ability to more easily add orders for tracking that don’t automatically track based on your purchase. It would also be terrific if this could integrate with Amazon so I can track my Amazon deliveries in the same app with all other deliveries.
