When I see their advertisements claiming that T-Mobile service is more reliable than Verizon, I am in absolute disbelief at the audacity.
I carry both Verizon (for work) and T-Mobile (personal) iPhones. There is no way I have ever seen T-Mobile service performance come close to Verizon. There is a massive difference.
Such a bad faith claim should not be spat upon the general public. I can only sit and wait to see all of the peeved customers who make the switch from Verizon to a more affordable T-Mobile plan, only to be met with dead zones in rural areas and in cities, like Detroit and Houston, where dead zones should not exist.
Don’t get me wrong, T-Mobile is not so terrible, but the comparison is unbelievable. As someone who uses both services regularly, I hope this message reaches people before they begin their journey of headaches.
I could tell you how great T-Mobile is in being the innovative leader in the mobile telecommunications industry, but that’s not what this review is about — it’s about this app that provides easy access to the rewards for loyalty to the un-carrier!

The App hasn’t worked in WEEKS! Every Tuesday for weeks now.. when the notification comes to and you in the app, it keeps telling you “ sorry, looks like we need a moment.” But never lets you in even after hitting the refresh button. I’ve even uninstalled the app to see if that would fix the issues. It also sends spam text messages stating I’ve won $100 gift due to recent issues with the app and to hit a link to provide my information to receive( I never hit the link)
Mostly discounts like saving money for gas at the most expensive gas station.
Also, they don’t publish real release notes for their updates. If it’s important enough to force you to update, it is important enough to issue a real release note about what was changed.
The shell rewards NEVER works. Fallowed the directions or at the pump, for FR even opened up a new account with different email. AlwYs get an error code.
Can’t get into either FR account. Tried changing password. Error code. What a pain in the,. waste of time.
Since Tmo took over metro piece of crap and sprint, the Tmo Tuesday is now straight up trash. Used to be good. Actually used to be OK. Always giving trash food discounts etc.
I hate that I have to update the app so often and if I don’t want to update it doesn’t allow me to use the app at all. This is so annoying and unnecessary. Change this pls
They never acutely let you win and those who do win are probably the ones who spend thousands of dollars to them, or they just pick their favorites.
Looks great, probably would be if you could actually play for the prizes and redeem offers. Don’t waste your time the app does not work.
The app is garbage and will not load any of the promos. I’m on WiFi and THE T-Mobile network so I do t get why this is not loading.
