This app Looked fun so I downloaded it and then I took a selfie to see what I would look like as a cartoon girl and I have Afro hair But it was in a bun so I took my picture and when it finished downloading it literally Made me a boy- I am a Girl and I know I am in the normal picture I looked like a normal pretty girl and then it turns me into a boy with a triangle hair style so I’m like what the heck if they only make girls who have Long Down hair Females as a cartoon version, that’s really messed up. There system needs to tell the complete difference of a boy and a girl.
I gave this app a 2 star rating for a reason. Sure it seems like a wonderful idea but it turned me into a MAN! I am not a man. It didn’t help how I felt about myself at all. It just made it worse. Now I can sit here and tell you so many more reasons why I wouldn’t recommend this app but unless you have the perfect headshot with perfect angles and perfect lighting and flawless makeup, then it’ll turn out bad. The Snapchat cartoon filters are wayyyyy better than this. That’s all I’m gonna say.

It’s a nice app but they really should just charge for it since you can’t get a picture cartoon of yourself without an advertisement right in front of it.I have tried to push every button I could think of to see if there’s a way to get rid of the advertisement in front of your face but there isn’t. So my message to the developers is just go ahead and charge for it and stop claiming it’s free because it’s not unless you want advertising to be a part of your pic. Delete it
I normally stay away from trending apps because they are a sea of ads as far as the eye can see and obnoxious to boot. The only reason I decided to get this app was the top review said no ads. Yeah…no. Obnoxious ads of an infinite number reminding me that I should have turned off wifi and data. Deleted app five min later. I understand having an ad here and there to help support your business, but this was insane. Last trend I’ll try! ;)
They got the nerve to charge $4.99 a month and it translates faces *super* poorly! The only one that looked a little similar to me was the Barbie version, but even that was whitewashed or limited options (all toon versions have blue eyes, which I do not have). The face shapes do not match, and each attempt made one of my eyes angled a weird way. It gave a good laugh for the first two minutes, but it’s pretty bad.
I downloaded this app because I thought it would be super fun, but I was disappointed. There’s TONS of ads, like almost every button you press brings up an ad. There’s very limited options for the “toonification” and when you do use them it almost always looks super wonky or nothing like you. I really wanted this app to be awesome, I did.
Also, skim the comments. A majority of the comments are bots/ fake.
There are no words. This is probably the only one star review you’ll ever see that actually encourages you to try the app but honestly there are no words to describe how bad it really is. If you dare to try it for yourself, you’ll find multiple reasons to delete it within the first few minutes of downloading. I’m actually really sad that it doesn’t work as advertised. Great idea... failed attempt.
So I downloaded this game and it is awesome you can actually cartoon your self! according to some of the other comments they did not have the best treatment, but this app is great! but I’m still trying to figure out the dinsney thang!over all, it onece more is great and you should totally do wallpapers for this!
EVERY SINGLE INTERACTION in this app requires you to watch an AD. EVERY SINGLE SWIPE requires you to look at an AD to upgrade to PRO version. All the Five star reviews are from when it was free. Once they got enough five star reviews they changed everything to make you look at all the ads and buy the upgrades.
White-washes my face consistently regardless of the photo I submit. Gives me blue eyes despite the fact that my eyes are so dark they appear almost black in most lights. Cannot parse coily hair texture. Disappointing. The machine appears to be trained on a White visual aesthetic.
